Pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre. Information nous spécifiée dans la description. Ou du moins description pas assez claire.
Climatisation/chauffage cassé nous avons passé 2 nuits à 27 degrés. Intenable …

Nous en avons informé l’accueil. Rien n’a été fait.

Smart hotel in great location in beautiful Riga.
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast, big bathroom, comfortable mattress. Clean and modern.

Cons:

Noisy synthetic pillows and it was hard to regulate the temperature of the room which was a bit hot for us.

Rigtig god beliggenhed midt i gamle Riga. Dejlige værelser. Det fungerer fint her om vinteren at vinduerne er ud til reposen og ikke udendørs.
Dejlig morgenmad, hvor man kan vælge en varm ret fra morgenmads menuen.

Great hotel in a great city
Pros:

Lovely hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the airport bus stop and right in the heart of the city. Very friendly reception staff and a big thank you to the lovely young man in the breakfast room. Our room was very comfortable with a large separate shower room/ WC.
Breakfast was lovely and in a room with great views across the city. Finally, it was outstanding value for money.

Cons:

Only improvement would be for ( in winter) to have a tray/ mat inside your room to put your wet/ snowy boots on as soon as you get in to save getting dirt on the bedroom floor.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work and the room temperature was 26°C, almost 27°C. After one night in this room, we were given a different room. But the air conditioning didn’t work properly there as well. The temperature was around 24°C and we couldn’t make it lower.

Hotel informed months ago about my husband’s gluten free diet.
But unfortunately at breakfast all he was offered was two slices of gluten free bread.
No cereal, pastries, or cakes.
Plenty of selection for non gluten free.
When he asked the breakfast staff about gluten free, they just didn’t seem interested.

Pros:

God frokost, fint og koselig interiør og hyggelig ansatte. Supersentral beliggenhet.

Cons:

Det kom som en negativ overraskelse at det ikke var vinduer på rommet. Ut ifra bildene og beskrivelsen på nettet var det ingenting som tilsa at det ikke skulle være vinduer. Dette resulterte i dårlig luft på natten. Ellers var alt helt supert!
