Elegantly comfortable, classic hotel with attentive, professional service.
Cons:

Our room was beautiful - clean, very large, elegantly decorated but - it only had one window, off the sitting area, which looked out at an unkempt silo courtyard and made us feel claustrophobic.

Not worth the money at all and not 5 stars.
Pros:

Very clean and good location

Cons:

Outdated furniture. Nothing in the mini bar unless you pay… and for the price we are paying I would say for a five star hotel the rooms could be equipped better. No slippers…. Only ear picks as a “ vanity “ not 5 starts. Service At restaurant was very slow.

Vert nice hotel and close to se lake.

Cons:

the stairs down are not easy to navigate if fire / should put up a better sign to where to go as the stairs are going in and out of each floor when going down.
Will be very difficult to find the way in a stressful situation.
Advice: make clear signs and easy to follow. Clear the stairs of two beds along the corridor wall and old bed linens just laying in the way..
They will block the way in stairs in case of fire .

Excellent place to stay in the heart of the Old Town of Geneva
Pros:

Friendly efficient staff, breakfast and dinner were very good. Location of hotel was excellent.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.
Being British though we missed not having tea making facilities in the room, there was only a coffee pod machine.

Superb stay in the prime location in Old town Genève.
Pros:

Superb location in the old town, just across the Rue De Rhône from the Lake and the Rhone. Perfect spot to explore every part of Geneva.

Cons:

Wasn’t keen on the Hotel scent in the lobby. smoky bacon?
