Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, and I've stayed there several times. Room service requests were fulfilled quickly, which is excellent. There are a few minor points that could improve the guest experience:
There is no complimentary tray in the room (electric kettle, tea, and sugar).
There is no gym or spa at the hotel.

O hotel não corresponde aos padrões esperados de uma unidade de cinco estrelas.
Pros:

Pela positiva, a localização é excelente e extremamente conveniente para explorar a zona envolvente. A equipa foi também um dos pontos altos da estadia — sempre extremamente simpática, acolhedora e prestável. O hotel tem um ambiente clássico, com uma estética vintage que lhe confere algum charme e personalidade.

Cons:

Alguns aspetos foram profundamente dececionantes. O pequeno-almoço é fraco, com pastelaria de baixa qualidade e uma surpreendente ausência de opções básicas como queijo ou fiambre. As comodidades do quarto eram insuficientes para um hotel de cinco estrelas — nem sequer disponibilizavam itens essenciais como escova de dentes ou pente. O conforto também deixou a desejar, já que tanto as camas como as almofadas eram de fraca qualidade, dificultando um descanso adequado.

Além disso, muito do mobiliário apresentava sinais evidentes de desgaste. Por exemplo, a alcatifa estava bastante usada e as cadeiras tinham manchas e tecido visivelmente deteriorado, o que prejudicou significativamente a sensação geral de luxo.
