Fantastic 10/10!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and polite -- went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. Location of the hotel was perfect as was walking distance to sites and restaurants. Room was exceptionally nice with our own private patio.

Pros:

Wunderschönes B&B, zentrale Lage, jedoch an einer etwas lauten Strasse. Tolles Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Es wurde viel Wert auf eine eigenständige, schöne Innengestsltung gelegt.

Excelente atención del personal, tanto en calidad como en actitud. El desayuno es variado y delicioso. La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica y conveniente para salir a caminar y disfrutar el centro histórico.

Accueil, élégance et raffinement
Pros:

Petit hôtel d'une rare élégance et particulièrement raffiné. Chambre très calme à la décoration unique. Superbe prestation. Les petits déjeuners sont à la hauteur de l'ensemble, délicieux et présentés avec goût.
Le personnel est souriant, très attentionné, "aux petits soins". Bref, nous avons passé un séjour particulièrement réussi.

Casa Carmen Reforma was a gorgeous, comfortable vacation abode, well located with lovely staff.
Pros:

The location was terrific - we could walk everywhere. Architecturally and artistically, Casa Carmen was just beautiful; the son of the owner is a locally well-known artist and guests are privileged to live with the whimsical, dreamy art. The staff was exceptionally warm and responsive to needs. And the breakfasts were healthy and delicious; there was a menu with wonderful choices.

Cons:

The room was noisy with traffic and music on some nights, Saturday particularly. Dogs barked occasionally.

Tolle Unterkunft unweit vom Zentrum
Pros:

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zugewandte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Tolles Ambiente, mit künstlerischem Anspruch, sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus hat nur 4 Zimmer, entsprechend persönlich ist das Umfeld. ( In der Stadt gibt es zwei weitere "Casa Reforma" vom gleichen Eigentümer ) Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich . Zocalo fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz für den Mietwagen direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Leider versteckt sich die Unterkunft hinter zwei großen Bäumen. Es gibt keinen Schild / Hinweis an der Einganstür. Auch die Haunummer findet man erst nach einiger Suche hoch über der Tür.

Charming boutique hotel
Pros:

Located walking distance to all the main attractions without being too close to the busyness of the centre. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and banks nearby.

The staff were very hospitable and the breakfast included was delicious. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Noise from the street can be loud for light sleepers but they give you ear plugs to drown it out.
