Mooi gebouw gebrekkig management

Fantastisch mooi huis je voelt je onmiddellijk I. 1800. Goede locatie en mooi zwembad

Dit was het eerste hotel op deze trip waar geen uitleg gegeven werdt over het ontbijt . Het personeel was druk met hun telefoon bezig en toen ik vroeg waar het ontbijt was was het antwoord het wordt naar de tafel gebracht. Ik ben vegetarisch dus een omelet met ham was niet echt welkom hahaha

Pros:

We loved the quaint historical atmosphere. Had a wonderful outdoor porch area for eating which was great for our small dog. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room near the pool which was convenient for my husband who doesn’t walk well and likes to go out and smoke. Pool was beautiful

Pros:

The best thing about this place is the staff. Tracy gave us outstanding service. Anthony was a great bartender too.

Cons:

Our room needed a major cleaning. There was dust everywhere, and the shower was disgusting.

It was freezing cold in our room I found 2 blankets and it was still freezing and could have been cleaner than it was. This was our 2nd stay there but we won’t be staying again.

We felt like we were visiting old friends and family. A relaxing and warm atmosphere.
Pros:

We had dinner and breakfast at the inn. Both were absolutely delicious. Very friendly staff with great attitudes. Wonderful experience. The home tour was fun and interesting.

Perfect place from which to explore Vicksburg and learn some history.
Pros:

Old mansion with all the charm and quirks that go with that. Steeped in history, which we enjoyed. General Grant supposedly actually stayed here for awhile. Onsite bar was really nice and breakfast was very good,

Cons:

Stairway to second floor room. Not a deal breaker for us, but could be for some. There is a ground floor suite as well.
