Balcony and shower
Lot of building work going on which was not mentioned or advised when booking
Restaurant was dire very limited choice. We went for the burger chips and onion rings £11
A bottle of cyder £5. The food was served on cold roof tiles so by the time we got it it was Luke warm. The burgers were the smallest ones I've ever seen and of poor quality and tasted as if they were cooked in with the chips ( I left half of mine) the chips were in a basket so when you put vinegar on it ran into the slate and table as a result of our experience we did not use the restaurant again
We got the room next to the restaurant and the room with the arcade machines. Until 11 our room was everything but quiet. Noises came from both the restaurant and the play room.

Used as a stop over for my son and his pal as were buying a car. Excellent location to the motorway. Very clean room and facilities very good. Very large room booked the family room. Would highly recommend for family stay. Excellent value for the stay. Did not have any food there so can't comment.
Nothing not to like.
Everything a part from food, nearly couldnt eat it. Was going to let them know. But no point it wasnt my break but my daughter time. So i had it and had a laugh with her.

Comfortable bed, free glass of wine with food order
Brand new shower was not plumbed in, when I mentioned this the next morning the response was "I'll just make a note of it", no apology or offer of a refund. The duvet cover had a torn seam, poor choice of food in "restaurant", had to ask for support to operate the TV - the only function that worked was the one icon that was greyed out! WIFI non existent.

Wifi difficult to join, and kept dropping out. Uncomfortable bed. Studio turned out to be a Pod in the grounds. Someone tried to get into my room at 4.30am - Receptionist didn't seem to be bothered when I mentioned it later.
Good location for Gullivers and kids bunk beds are great!
The hotel is run down, we were in a room right next to a fire door that everyone used as an exit all hours of the day and night which shook the entire room.
