I loved the room, lots of interests. It was warm, excellent shower, bed was very soft and duvet was warm. Balcony space.

Good value
Pros:

Got what i expected, nothing fancy, but good value. Easy check in, plenty of parking, staff friendly and bed comfy and had a quiet restful night.

Would visit theme park again but not stay

Wouldn’t book again
Pros:

The room was nice, however it definitely needed touching up as the furniture was very well used and abit grubby

Cons:

I had 2/3 hours sleep max due to noise disturbances all night I tried to contact reception and had no answer when I did go down and speak to reception staff she shrugged her shoulders and offered no alternative options! The noise completely ruined my trip, was absolutely shattered and the children was also exhausted due to lack of sleep which affected our next day.
I spoke to reception staff again in the morning when she asked how our stay had been I explained the above and she just said all I can do is say sorry.

Pros:

staff were fantastic and the facilities are better than most hotels in the area.

Cons:

It was noisy at night, especially with the window open as there is no air con. My room was over an outside bar area so noise and cigarette smoke were a bit of a problem. Next time I'll ask for a different room
