There weee too many extra charges. Parking, breakfast tip, valet tip. We ran out of coffee, creamer,shampoo and tissue. The house keeping did not leave enough for another day!
Emily went over and beyond to get me and my Fiance in a room we traveled a long way from home and arrived at 530 am with a 3pm checkin. I literally had been up for 24hrs and definitely couldn't wait that long. She was able to reach out to management and work with booking.com to get us in a room. She definitely deserves a raise she was very polite and amazing.
The cost is too much for light housekeeping, the restaurant Hemingways servers breakfast that you had to pay for and didn't have many options for people who are vegan and dont eat pork. The shower was dirty hairc was left behind and the floor of the shower had black marks from dirty feet. We found an empty coke bottle left behind. The lighting was horrible. The TV was on the side of the bed and the shower did not close the soap holder in the shower is inconvenient its behind you.
Hotel location was perfect…walkable to everything downtown. Room was impressive and very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended

Location
The room was clean upon arrival. It was in a great location to downtown with several good restaurants nearby. It also had the Grove Arcade (indoor mall) across the street. The Hemingway Cuba restaurant located on fourth floor had a wonderful breakfast daily and we had supper one night and the ribs were excellent.
I wish the staff were more knowledgeable about the area as far as places to eat and things to do.
If water pressure is a big deal to you, then don’t book a stay here. We thought it was adequate but definitely the worst of the many hotels we have stayed at.
Also, this is not the hotel’s fault, but there is a large number of homeless people in the area which makes the area seem unsafe. There is absolutely no police presence in the area. We were there for 4 nights and saw two police cars in 5 days downtown. We did not go beyond the area right outside the hotel because of this.

O restaurante que existe no hotel é bastante limitado. Também, como passamos o Natal na cidade e dia 25/12 não havia limpeza e arrumação dos quartos, ficamos por 3 dias sem ter o quarto arumado.
Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and our room was perfect. To be able to see the mountains from our bed was wonderful. Even with the rain we were able to walk around the area.
I think offer a more variety of food at the restaurant.
The location is perfect. The rooms are quiet. The staff are incredible.
The shower in the bathroom looked worn. The locks on the doors are loud so you can hear when anyone opens their door.

Inkompetentes und unfreundliches Personal, speziell beim Frühstück. Ich habe drei Tage keinen Zimmerservice erhalten, ich musste mehrfach intervenieren, um den Service dann zu bekommen. Ich habe zehn Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin bis zum Ende nicht angekommen. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sollte nicht im Zentrum wohnen, Parken ist unverhältnismäßig teuer.
The hotel was located near restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The staff was great, helpful, and friendly.
The room was shown with a rustic brick wall and in real life it is wallpaper. There is no shower door and the room was decorated very sparce. The walls were thin and "my room with a view" overlooked the roof of other buildings.
