Air conditioned hallways were too cold. Recommend adding a label on the elevator panel with the floor of the restaurant and exercise room.

Everything was good.
Hotel staff at front desk upon checking in was great, valet parking was great. We left for day and ask for towels while we were gone, when we got back there was 1 set of towels left in the room for 2 people. When I called front desk she said she would get us some but did not when it would be. Finally got towels and left for dinner. When we arrived back it was raining in our room and rained in it all night. We were on the 12th floor. When checking out the next morning, told the front desk clerk about the issue and showed her pictures and she could not have cared less. Never offered to compensate us in anyway, no apology, nothing. Pretty much acted like it could not be true. For these reasons I would not recommend staying here
Location and comfort of the bed/pillows. Space on room
No small top in refrigerator for freezer to put in small freezer bags for insulin. Lighting above sink was not bright or needed one above mirror. Heating/air unit rattled. Towel racks away from commode to hang wet towels.

Absolutely fantastic hotel experience. From the complimentary glass of champagne at check in, to the wonderful staff. We had a beautiful, clean, upper floor corner room with an incredible view. Great location in downtown Asheville too. Highly recommend!
The king room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. We liked the security system for elevator access to your floor only. The valet service was efficient and easy to use. Would use this hotel again.
We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Cambria. It has a perfect downtown location and walking to local museums, restaurants and shops is a breeze. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a great view from the 9th floor. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only surprise was a $22 per night valet parking fee. There is no self parking option at the hotel. That being what it is, our car was always retrieved very quickly with friendly service from the valet. Great hotel. Would stay again!
The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the front desk clerks, restaurant servers and valets. Perfect location, walkable to many places we enjoy. We will definitely come back. And the champagne at check in was a nice touch.
Next time we will get a suite, other than that zero complaints.
Checking in was a breeze, the valet process was smooth, and the complimentary champagne was the cherry on top. Staff was friendly and helpful. A well kept hotel.
