Location and the valet parking staff.
The miscommunication regarding the breakfast package and only one person working at the restaurant. We sat for 20 minutes and got up and left. Our breakfast tickets were not given to us and when we first asked the desk clerk said they didn’t give free breakfast and then they found them in an envelope. The wouldn’t give a refund but allowed me to take two very large bottles of water. They offered two food items but who wants a bag of chips 8:30 in the morning.

Our stay at the Cambria was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was very clean and was serviced daily with fresh towels, which we really appreciated since many hotels no longer provide daily housekeeping.
We also received a text each morning throughout our stay checking in to see how everything was going and whether we needed anything, which was such a nice touch and made us feel well taken care of.
The view from our room was beautiful, and the location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown Asheville. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!
Convenience and cleanliness
The rooms are tastefully designed, clean and spacious, with beautiful views.
There is no pool, breakfast, or gym, and the hotel offers very limited facilities.
Very clean, best staff, they were helpful and friendly, well worth the money.

I literally had the best omelette of my
entire life! I met the GM (Jackie).
I could immediately tell that Jackie’s professionalism & friendliness
permeates her entire staff.
This is a 5 star establishment without a doubt! I look forward to my next visit at The Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville.

There was no TV service something to do with spectrum and they didn't tell you when checking in they had no TV service
The location is perfect for shopping at the arcade across the street and malaprops bookstore around the corner and great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the view not the mountains is spectacular. Hemmingway’s restaurant has great food and drinks with a Cuban influence and the seating on the deck has a spectacular view of the mountains and Asheville. The staff is very professional and friendly.
Staff at Cambria was awesome!. Amber, Benji, Erick, Vanessa, and Bill were the best. They went above and beyond.
