The staff was exceptional. She was very friendly. I came to her three different times with questions and a problem and she was great and she helped me out on all of them.

The view, cleanliness, and friendliness. They even clean the ice machine regularly!
The toilet seat was loose. Maintenance was told and will fix.

The location is great for Mount Rushmore, close to Keystone, good for a roadtrip. The information was honest - they said they were short of housekeeping staff & would not offer breakfast
The room smelt weird - like it hadn't been cleaned well & the window opened onto the corridor meaning there was no privacy unless you blocked out the light. The TV was only available if you logged in with an Amazon account.
The staff was wonderful
Enjoyed being able to see some of Mount Rushmore at motel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The larger refrigerator in the room was helpful. Glad the room had a small table.
Individual little soaps needed if taking a bath. Air/Heat hard to adjust with remote control since the unit is mounted high on the wall.
