Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.

The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so they allow day use which we didn't realize until two families showed up and posted up right in front of our room. Since we were the only ones at the hotel it was a little surreal and unreal when they started smoking in our backyard to the villa.

Management should keep the two loungers in front of their guests room available and put day use people somewhere else so they don’t blow there cigarette smoke into your hotel room not more than 5’ from your back door. Not cool.

Also the back door never worked and locked. The manager said its supposed to work by closing them at the same time. The gym has the same doors and they work. Just saying after being told there supposed to grind and not fit in the hole so you cant lock it when you leave and you allow anyone off the street. Brand new for sure.

Food sucked. Staff was not accommodative. Area around the property was baron. Didn’t have a spa for such a high price joint had to go to a neighbouring resort to use their spa. Had medical emergency and no one from the resort helped besides called a taxi for me to be on my way knowing I might have communication issues at the hospital the funniest thing was that the hotel didn’t carry any first aid medical kit.

Beyond our expectations this is a gem of a hotel in the most serene surroundings. Shaded mangroves with exquisite seating areas secluded and chic. Never ending deserted beach and super stylish villas

Everything was excellent! The property is awesome. All staff were friendly and Sorn who speaks Mandarin and worked in airlines was very helpful! He took notes of our flights back, and suggested us the right terminal for checking in. I would highly recommend this Villa!

Pros:

Our stay at the 2 bedroom villa was excellent! The satff's service was exceptional and they helped us with whatever we needed. We must mention our surprise when we discovered there's a road between our villa and the main part of the hotel, but we were offered a 24hrs tooktook service to the main part. The breakfast was good but the restaurant was quite expensive, and our villa's kitchen was missing cooking utensils.
We had a great experience and would totally recommend you to stay there

Laying on the cabanas beach side under the trees sipping Cocktails with all the WiFi you need. The swim up bar is only a few steps back. Port and the team are fabulous at the bar as well as the restaurant staff.for breakfast.

Zimmer grandios, sauber und super hochmodern eingerichtet.
Service super zuvorkommend. Kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste.
Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause!
Pool toll und Strand Mega! Wasser wird immer kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.
Frühstück super! Große Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Speisen.
Küche Mega Gerichte!
Live Acts treten auch immer wieder auf.
Alles in allem ein perfektes Beispiel für 5 Sterne!
