Posizione comoda con i mezzi di trasporto.

Cons:

Colazione: del tutto inadeguata, consisteva in alcune banane tagliate a metà, poi noodles confezionati, uova sode, verdura in busta, latte, caffè e pane da tostare. Il banco dove c erano due caraffe per il caffè era sporco. Al servizio c erano un ragazzo e una ragazza perennemente distratti al cellulare che neanche si sono sprecato in un saluto.
Bagno in camera: il water con la seduta assistita era rotto; la doccia è in una vasca (molto pericoloso) e dalle mattonelle del muro usciva dell'acqua fredda.
Camera: un faretto della luce non funzionava.

Goed verblijf, het personeeel is super vriendelijk in de behulpzaam en de lobby is fijn en rustig.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was ok niet heel erg uitgebreid, maar het personeel was heel erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ik had een probleem met mijn koffer en het personeel hielp mij. De receptie is vriendelijk en spreekt goed engels.

リピート無しです。
Cons:

まず不潔でビックリしました。写真とは全然違い、清掃が行き届いておらず、
・髪の毛は落ちている
・ドアの覗き穴にティッシュが詰められている(前の宿泊客がしたのかホテル側がしたのか不明)
・ドライヤーが無い(スタッフさんに言ったらあるはずと言われたが無かったので新しく貰った)
・換気扇は埃だらけでテープで蓋が落ちてこないように固定されてる…
さすがに汚すぎて部屋をチェンジしてもらいました。

しかしチェンジ後の部屋にも問題があり、テレビがつかない。そしてなんとゴキブリが出ました！叫びながらフロントに申し出て、2度目の部屋チェンジをしていただきました。
ゴキブリ退治の対応をしてくれたスタッフさんはとても親切で何度も申し訳ないとおっしゃってくれました。
しかし夕方のチェックイン担当のスタッフさんはとても塩対応で、挨拶も無し。こちらが韓国語ができる事が分かってるのに無言でジェスチャーで書類を突き出してきたり、対応はあまり良くありませんでした。

2回目チェンジの部屋は
・前の宿泊客のつけまつげが机にある
・変なシールは壁に貼りっぱなし
・バスローブにファンデーションのシミがついている
・鏡に指紋がべったり
2回部屋を変えてもらったので、合計3部屋に行きましたが、どの部屋も本当に何一つ完璧に清掃されてる所は無いといった感じ。
