Pros:

ここに泊まるのは2回目でした。清潔で部屋も広めだし、快適に過ごせました。スタッフさんは皆さん親切で、日本語も話して下さいました。お値段は近隣のホテルに比べたら安くはないですが、その分気持ちよく過ごせたと思います。チェックインは16時からですが、早目に着いたら荷物だけフロントで預かって下さいます。ホテルがかなり大きな道路に面していて、バス停もいくつかあるし、タクシーも拾いやすいです。

Cons:

地下鉄2号線の梨大駅6番出口からは坂道を降りて行くと徒歩5分弱くらいでしょうか。新村駅からだと坂道を登り、10分弱は歩きます。スーツケースなどを引きながら地下鉄まで歩く時は、一駅しか変わらないので新村駅まで降りていったほうが楽です。京義中央線の新村駅も徒歩10分弱くらいで近かったです。
部屋の照明がちょっと暗かったです。もう少し明るい方がありがたいと思いました。

the room was quiet.

Cons:

the shower wall was cracking, water infiltration to come. The first day, I was able to smell the cigaret from the ventilation system. The staff really does the minimum when they "clean" the room, the bed was not done, just new bottles of water on the desk. The breakfast is a joke, bad coffee, bad bread, hard boiled egg for probably 30 minutes, juices are only sugar and flavor.

Pros:

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. nella zona di ewha/sinchon è veramente buono. Sta a 5minuti dalla metro e nei dintorni è pieno di ristoranti buoni. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, pulizia ottima. Materasso molto comodo, bagno grande, una bella scrivania. Anche un tavolino per mangiare con sedia. Ho adorato accapatoi,molto utili. Abbastanza asciugamani, bicchieri di carta. Non ho avuto nessun problema, in camera non si sentivano rumori. Ci sono due prese vicino al letto, una nel tavolo della scrivania, ce ne sono almeno 4. L'armadio ha uno specchio verticale, anche la scrivania. La vista sull'incrocio della città, molto carina. Con la metro raggiungete con facilità ogni zona in poco tempo, scendendo giu c'è una vivace zona di sinchon, andando sempre avanti c'è hongdae. Io sono stata molto bene.

Cons:

Ci sono alcune cose da rinnovare, di estetica, ma non è stato un problema per me. Perché tutto era perfettamente pulito. Non capisco le recensioni negative, questo posto è okay.

Posizione comoda con i mezzi di trasporto.

Cons:

Colazione: del tutto inadeguata, consisteva in alcune banane tagliate a metà, poi noodles confezionati, uova sode, verdura in busta, latte, caffè e pane da tostare. Il banco dove c erano due caraffe per il caffè era sporco. Al servizio c erano un ragazzo e una ragazza perennemente distratti al cellulare che neanche si sono sprecato in un saluto.
Bagno in camera: il water con la seduta assistita era rotto; la doccia è in una vasca (molto pericoloso) e dalle mattonelle del muro usciva dell'acqua fredda.
Camera: un faretto della luce non funzionava.

Goed verblijf, het personeeel is super vriendelijk in de behulpzaam en de lobby is fijn en rustig.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was ok niet heel erg uitgebreid, maar het personeel was heel erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ik had een probleem met mijn koffer en het personeel hielp mij. De receptie is vriendelijk en spreekt goed engels.

リピート無しです。
Cons:

まず不潔でビックリしました。写真とは全然違い、清掃が行き届いておらず、
・髪の毛は落ちている
・ドアの覗き穴にティッシュが詰められている(前の宿泊客がしたのかホテル側がしたのか不明)
・ドライヤーが無い(スタッフさんに言ったらあるはずと言われたが無かったので新しく貰った)
・換気扇は埃だらけでテープで蓋が落ちてこないように固定されてる…
さすがに汚すぎて部屋をチェンジしてもらいました。

しかしチェンジ後の部屋にも問題があり、テレビがつかない。そしてなんとゴキブリが出ました！叫びながらフロントに申し出て、2度目の部屋チェンジをしていただきました。
ゴキブリ退治の対応をしてくれたスタッフさんはとても親切で何度も申し訳ないとおっしゃってくれました。
しかし夕方のチェックイン担当のスタッフさんはとても塩対応で、挨拶も無し。こちらが韓国語ができる事が分かってるのに無言でジェスチャーで書類を突き出してきたり、対応はあまり良くありませんでした。

2回目チェンジの部屋は
・前の宿泊客のつけまつげが机にある
・変なシールは壁に貼りっぱなし
・バスローブにファンデーションのシミがついている
・鏡に指紋がべったり
2回部屋を変えてもらったので、合計3部屋に行きましたが、どの部屋も本当に何一つ完璧に清掃されてる所は無いといった感じ。
