The staff were absolutely excellent, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which really made a difference in our experience. The location is another major advantage, as it is very central and convenient for exploring the area.
The size of the rooms, which felt quite small and a bit cramped, and the ventilation in the bathroom, which unfortunately was not working properly.

We had an excellent stay at Amofta hotel. The rooms were comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we’d be happy to return.

My stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. The hotel closes its doors at midnight, and the receptionist (especially Azat) was extremely rude and unhelpful. The place feels more like a private house than a hotel, as the owners themselves handle food and cleaning, which significantly lowers the quality of service. At check-out, they refused to extend the time even for 15 minutes and kept calling and knocking on my door in a very impolite way. On top of that, they also refused to allow me to leave my luggage until my flight, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, this is not a real hotel, and I strongly advise anyone traveling with children not to stay here due to the extremely poor treatment
