If you get the right room with the right view then this is a perfect place. Or else, it might not worth the money they charge.
- Cleaning: Be aware that they don’t properly clean your rooms. We tested it, and we were proven rightㅋ
- Lobby staff: They talk nicely yet they dont really mean it. They regularly pretend they are providing the best service - the reality is that they aren’t.
- A/C: Keep in mind that they regularly control your thermostat. They pretend that it’s not centeal airconditioning, but in reality it actually is. They first put us in a room that was steaming hot.
- Elevators; They might have 6-8 elevators. In reality, only a handful of them are actually used.
- Location: It’s not too bad considering that its located right next to the station. That said, it’s a bit of a walk.
- Novotel vs Ibis: Handsdown Novotel is far superior.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and an excellent location. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and always willing to help, making my stay both pleasant and stress-free.
I would especially like to recognize Carmen Yeu for her exceptional customer service arranging a late check out as I had a medical issue to attend to. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
The staff are really good. They listen and action any requests super fast. I could not fault them. I made a few changes to my room and they were patient with me. I noticed and appreciated this.
My only feedback for the hotel is around the cost of food at the hotel and the cost of food and drinks at the cafe downstairs in the lobby area. A complimentary drink or something along those lines would have been nice. I also did not enjoy the location. I felt quite isolated so I was happy to move on to a different location.
I liked the fact that the hotel was near a shopping area and had everything you need nearby. It was near Metro. I like the fact that it was not in the middle of a crowded City. It was a little bit on the outskirts
It was not near the city center. However, taxis are reasonable and of course maybe $5 or $6 to meet up with a local tour guide. Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay
Check in was easy and the staff was so pleasant!
