Pros:

Comfortable, spatious for Seoul, clean, things just worked. Staff very efficient and nice. Not just the front desk, everyone was on top of their game and there to make it a nice stay. Good location. The facilities not super new, but new enough and kept in good order.

Cons:

It was all good, but just a word of caution for people who want to swim... I didn't necessarily mind it for this trip, cause I knew I might not have enough time for a swim anyway. But if you want to use the pool, check the opening times in advance with the staff for your specific dates. Like half of the week the pool might simply be closed.

Pros:

the staff were open to accommodating our early check-in and late check-out for one of the rooms. location was also very convenient! the yongsan train station was a 5 min walk from the hotel and it's connected.

Cons:

the cleanliness of the room after house keeping could have been better. not quite sure whether they would sweep the floor but we'd come back to hair still on the floor and pillows not really properly put back.

service was like 3 start hotels not 5 star, not worth the money

Not clean, dirty room, pool was small and its locker was dirty, looks like cleaners haven’t trained properly, room service and cleaning wasn’t good,I can see guests reviews last year with same problem and still after 1 year nothing has changed in this hotel
