I had an extremely disappointing experience at ibis Styles Nha Trang during my stay on October 28–29.

I was staying on the 12th floor, where a family with several children was making an unacceptable amount of noise throughout the night. At around 1 AM, the children were running, shouting, and playing in the hallway, which woke me up. They eventually left the floor, but returned close to 3 AM and continued making noise, even after entering their room.

What made the situation worse was the hotel’s terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations, shouting, and even the sound of running water from the neighboring bathroom. It was almost impossible to get any proper rest.

I tried calling the front desk to report the disturbance and ask the hotel to intervene, but nobody answered the phone. For a hotel operating under an international brand, this lack of responsiveness during the night is unacceptable.

I specifically booked this hotel because I had an important business meeting early the following morning and needed a quiet place to sleep. Instead, I spent most of the night awake because of the noise and the hotel’s failure to address it.

I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling for business or expecting a peaceful night’s sleep. Definitely not the standard of service I would expect from an ibis Styles hotel.

Almost a 10 , fix the breakfast service !

This would have been a 10/10 but for the breakfast.

I went down about 8am (big mistake) it was like feeding time at the zoo, people just jostling for food, rude russians up to their antics,

The girl on the egg station was overwhelmed, just fry 30 eggs and stick them on a plate, eggs cost nothing, but we're all stood around and as our Russian comrades like to push in they're all gathering round the egg station overwhelming the young girl, put someone experienced on there , or have 2 staff on it!

As mentioned by other guests ,, there could be 100 people in there at one time, things run out and the staff can't keep up, so I ended up making Banh Mi for myself, 200k VND for 2 little banh mi and a waffle,

If the Hotel could nail the breakfast it would be a 10/10

My advice...get to breakfast at 6am 😅

Not worth but branded hotel
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was not maintained well. There was a lot of noise, drinking, and disturbance. I experienced a drunk person walking into my room in the middle of the night. It was not worth the money I paid.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 웬만한 마사지샵, 맛집, 해변 도보 10분 이내 있고 호텔 1층에 규모가 꽤 괜찮은 마트가 있어서 편리하게 이용했습니다. 로비가 늘 에어컨이 켜져 있고 시원해서 로비에서 쉬는 사람들도 많았습니다. 매일 수건교체, 물 새로 넣어줘서 더운 날씨에 도움이 되었습니다. 엘레베이터도 4대 있어서 빨리 오는 편입니다.

Cons:

호텔 수영장에 그늘이 넉넉하지 않습니다. 수영장 이용 시간이 오전 9시에서 오후 6시까지로 짧다고 느꼈습니다. 방에서 옆 호텔 수영장이 내려다보였는데 옆의 호텔은 해가 지고 나서도 수영이 가능하더라구요.

There are much better options nearby in the same location!
Pros:

1. AC does not go any lower than 23 °C. They claimed all rooms are like this because if it goes lower, then water apparently drips through the vents. I requested a refund (through the OTA I booked) for remaining nights so I could change hotels. But the hotel when contacted by the OTA, flat out denied my request. They (hotel mgnt) than called me the next morning to try and make up for it with comp breakfast and a 15 min foot massage. Both of which are not beneficial to me as I don't like foot massages and I don't eat breakfast. Plus neither are going to help with the level of comfort in the room.

2. The floor in my room, felt like it had not been cleaned/mopped properly. So I did not walk in my bare feet. Nor did the desktop seem totally clean and wiped down.

3. I had an empty ice bucket with light garbage in it outside my room. When they delivered a second bucket of ice, they didn't even remove the old one. It was still outside my door the next morning.

4.. No towels in the gym. So there is no way to wipe down / sanitize the equipment before or after use . Which is kind of gross quite frankly, so everyone just sweats all over the equipment, that's great.

5. Pool Area: It doesn't open until ridiculously late.@ 9am!!! For such a big hotel, they don't have enough seating. They could easily fit 10 more loungers, if placed appropriately. But probably too cheap to do so. The awning over the 'double beds' (on the right) needs serious replacement. I've never seen so much rust! Overall, it's a nice pool itself, if you can secure a seat.

6. The WiFi isn't the greatest. A lot of buffering going on, so don't expect to be able to stream videos consistently

7. Don't get your laundry done in the hotel, as it's over priced. I got same day service around the corner (3 min walk) for a small load and cost me $3 (CAD). If I had it done at the hotel, it would've cost $9!! The local service I used did a great job!

8. Came across 2x rather large cockroaches, according to Google Lens, potentially German Cockroaches. 1 was dead in one of the stalls and the second still live and crawling!

9. The only positives I could find are: the location of the hotel, the sea view from my room, the drapes do a pretty good job keeping the light out in the morning. Although they could use some serious cleaning. They actually felt kind of filthy when trying to adjust them. And the shower has adequate water pressure

I was already not planning on returning to this property, but after item number 8, it is a 1000% hard pass on stepping foot back into this place.

Good, pleasant, understanding staff.

Location very central.
Easy to get taxi pick up.
Rooms nice, simple, clean - as per Ibis.
Good bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Unpleasant entrance, lots of smokers.
Breakfast buffet. Had a look and thought, skip it. Chaotic.
A hotel predominantly for Russian guests, which is fine.
Perhaps my overall view is clouded by thinking Nha Trang would be a bit more peaceful. Incredibly busy place
