Pros:

The location was perfect! Even it is a busy neighbourhood it was very quite inside the hotel.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

Pros:

Just the location

Cons:

The room was very old, dirty and everything was broken. The sink was broken, the door frame came off. We had no towels, toilet paper, pillow covers. It was the worst hotel room I ever stayed. The room and the whole hotel smell of smoke.

It is an old property, and the room could use some updates. The wallpaper was falling off in places, the shower head would not stay in the right position because the holder was broken.

Pros:

The staff were great, very helpful and very friendly. Yaseen the manger and the main receptionist is a great guy, very helpful, speaks good English and makes you feel at home.

Cons:

The furniture is kind of old otherwise everything is fine.

الاستاذ ياسين رجل حبيب وخلوق وخدوم ويقابلك بكل ترحاب ويتفاني في تقديم كافة التسهيلات ..
تركت الشنط عندهم ورحبوا بذلك
قدم لي الكثير من المساعدة في الوصول لمعظم المعالم التي ارغب في زيارتها

Gentillesse du personnel mais un manque de maintenance des équipements qui entache le séjour
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel (check in avant l'heure prévue, impression d'un document, un café offert).
La possibilité d'avoir la chambre nettoyée régulièrement ainsi que les serviettes changées. Le linge de lit était frais et propre.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Aussi gentil que soit le personnel, cela ne fait pas tout. Je ne parlerai que de ma chambre, je n'ai pas vu les autres. La mienne était dans un état lamentable, plein de choses inutilisables ou cassées.
Le matelas complètement écrasé, bon à jeter, totalement inconfortable.
Les rideaux poussiéreux.
L'armoire à portes glissantes qui ne glissent pas, et les portes supérieures branlantes, une complètement cassée.
Une lumiere de chevet qui fonctionne, l'autre pas du tout.
Dans la salle de bains, fils électriques dénudés près du lavabo.
Rien pour accrocher les serviettes
Eau qui s'évacue difficilement, jointures noires
Porte de la salle de bain avec un gond tenu par une seule vis que je n'osais pas toucher de peur qu'elle me tombe dessus.
TV inutilisable
Réfrigérateur avec moisi a l'intérieur
Traces de brûlure de cigarettes sur les chevets et dans la salle de bains
Taches d'eau au plafond
Sèche cheveux qui fonctionne avec la prise de la table de chevet...
Mais tout cela, on ne le voit qu'une fois qu'on a réglé et qu'on découvre la chambre.
La note de l'établissement sur Booking ne me semble pas refléter la réalité... Ou alors je n'ai vraiment pas eu de chance ! J'ai signalé qu'il y avait beaucoup de choses à revoir, on s'est excusé mais rien n'a été fait...

Recepcija ljubazna i spremna pomoci. U sobi je bio hladnjak, stol, veliki ormar. Svaki dan novi ručnici.

Ima par stvari koje su napukle, ali nije to strasno s obzirom na cijenu. Jedini problem je bio tuš na kojem su bile dlake. Prijavio sam recepciji kada sam izlazio van rekli su da ce se rijesiti. Kada sam se vratio isto je bilo. Sišao sam do recepcije objasnio drugom zaposleniku da je prijavljeno ujutro, ali da nije rijeseno, reka mi je za 5min ce bit rijeseno. Dolazi "sobar" donosi šampone. Nije mi bilo jasno, pa sam mu rekao da nam ne treba to nego očistiti tuš, na što je on rekao da je očistio danas. Kada sam mu pokazao rekao je da dlake nije moguće skinuti, rekao sam ok,pa sam ih sam sa wc papirom izvukao i očistio tuš...
