Pros:

Gostei do quarto tudo limpo, bem pintado, ar condicionado bom, camas boas, roupas de cama e toalhas boas e limpas, chuveiro bom. Quarto bem confortável, funcionários muito simpáticos e educados, café bom, estacionamento bom, frigobar funcionando bem.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, tem bastante escadas para subir. Mas o gerente me avisou antes. Não emprestam guarda sol e cadeiras, Não funciona wi fi nos quartos do Terceiro andar e não ajudam carregar as bagagens. Mas em suma bom hotel. Ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

A localização da pousada boa, o café da manhã maravilhoso. A limpeza do hotel muito bom.

Cons:

A internet não funcionou no quarto, e fiquei sabendo somente quando fui perguntar o motivo e a atendente me disse que estava com problemas e não tinha. Aí isso me deixou bem chateada , porque poderia já ter me dito no momento que eu fiz o check in.

Amei o café da manhã e a cordialidade dos funcionários, todos muito respeitosos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Acredito que um ponto de melhoria seria a questão do wi-fi, que poderia ter maior amplitude de sinal, pois só pega nos andares inferiores. Nos andares superiores ficamos dependendo apenas da linha de telefone, visto que nosso quarto era no terceiro andar, e não havia nenhum roteador ou repetidor de sinal nesse andar, o que dificulta, por exemplo, para quem necessita da internet para trabalhar.
