It was great I think only one USB charging port works, but everything else was great. The staff is phenomenal. I’m not used to being so well taken care of at a hotel. The staff, a friendly welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful..

Overall our stay at this hotel was fine. The staff were wonderful, our beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and we got a good night’s sleep after a long flight from the US. We were a little surprised about the condition of the laminate flooring in our room which was torn up in several places. We also could not lock our room with the deadbolt so we threw our luggage behind the door and used the safety latch. We did not report these issues to the front desk because we were too tired to pack up our belongings and switch to another room. I am pretty sure they would have given us another room if we asked.

Pros:

Hidden 15% tax after reservation for nationals. No smart Tv, lights don’t work properly. Won’t come back. I have gone to 5 more hotels in the same city and non of them charged me ever that 15% IVA tax after Expedia final reservation. It is not cool to let you know about the tax just when you receive your confirmation, it should be displayed in the reservation detail before paying.
