Pros:

The hotel is close to all the major attractions and within walking distance of the beach and Whole Foods. The staff is very friendly and really makes you feel welcome. I also loved having a balcony, the nice selection of teas and chocolate cookies, and the flexible parking.

Cons:

Because we checked in pretty late, we ended up with what seemed like one of their worst rooms, Room 4. The room itself was tiny and loud because of the AC unit, and there was no fridge or kitchenette, unlike in some of the other rooms. I honestly can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere without even a fridge. The whole experience felt more like a hostel, except we were paying around $450 a night.

Tucked Away Getaway
Pros:

Amazing faculty. My fiancé and I came here for a quick getaway, and the location couldn't have been better. It's right next to Heavenly, but also far enough to sustain a quiet and peaceful stay. I personally loved the ease at which to our rooms, everything was easily accessible, and so there wasn't a major trek to grab luggage, haul it back and forth, or plan a trip to the hot tub. It does exactly what a lodge should do, keep you relaxed, and make you feel comfortable.

Cons:

The only problem I had was that there was no AC in the room I stayed in. Otherwise, the room was amazing and very comfortable. That said, comfort and design go out the door when your sweating and waking up over and over throughout the night. Just a double check for those reading, please call to make sure you have AC.

A hidden gem.
Pros:

The facilities are awesome. The room was really clean comfortable and beautiful. The staff was kind and friendly. I really like the strategic location of the lodge. Dislocated around all this good quality restaurants. And the gardens are amazing. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Pros:

Conveniently located close to restaurants in what still felt like a private setting. We had a back room with a patio, which was nice.

Cons:

Finding tbe right entrance was a bit of a challenge. The host was super friendly and helpful though. The lighting and mirrors in the bathroom were lacking. The rest of the room was comfortable though.

Lovely clean and modern cabin, really very good.
Pros:

Cabin (number 9) was excellent: modern, clean and fully of character. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

Cons:

Only enough mugs for two, so had to call reception and then go to collect. Feature fireplace in lounge was lovely - only problem was the associated fan was very noisy. Happy hour didn't have a great selection (no wine), so walked back to cabin.
