I enjoyed my stay there, very quiet and convenient also on the day of my check out I got a little extra time so I could wait for my ride to pick me up to the airport, I thought that was really nice ❤️

A no frills type of place but very safe and centralized

No food. Mint tea for free. Coffee ( not decaf ) you had to pay for. It wasn’t expensive . There was a microwave and a little fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Just needed a bit of paint bit of TLC.
It served its purpose.He bought takeaway food from the town centre brought it back and stored it in the fridge for breakfast the next day. All the staff were nice. He got a bus to the town centre and a taxi back in the night. He was only there for a 3 out of 4 nights. His trip was a surprise for his daughter who was graduating from university on the Sunday.

This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever encountered in my life. They’re false advertising breakfast available and it’s not, NO BREAKFAST, they’re selling food for you to buy, if you want tea you get the cup from them behind the cage a the hot water from the water machine, iron you have to ask them for everything. …Tv in the room didn’t work. The place needs a complete face lift. The place looks like a cheap run down motel.” The woman at the front desk has an attitude as if your not spending your money..NEVER AGAIN..let’s say for $59 per night it was not even worth that.

Whoever works in the evening and weekends is not customer oriented at all. Absolutely not for tourists unless your budget is limited. The bathroom door couldn’t close because it is cheap and swollen. The shower curtain was too short. The towels and rags were clean and fresh ones were given when asked. The pool was dirty, nit with garbage or debris, but murky like lacking circulation and ventilation of the water. Worked at a festival happening the weekend and came in after 5 am. At 10 am when we asked for the complimentary tea, we were told tea stops serving at 9 am daily. Ridiculous! The customer service is very poor and lacking. There was only a used tissue in the room that was 3/4 finished. The cable was worse than antenna signal. The Wifi doesn’t work. The kitchenette doesn’t have a pipe. There was a mini fridge in the room. The cleaners and security are friendly and helpful. Only stay if all other options are exhausted. Last resort of a resort

Close to airport, comfortable room, and a/c was so cold. Affordable accommodation close to airport with a great view of the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the cleanliness was lacking and the room had a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. The bathroom was in particularly bad shape.
To make matters worse, there was no hot water during my stay, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I had to take cold showers, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
Overall, this was a very bad experience. The lack of basic amenities like hot water and cleanliness makes me strongly advise against staying here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They did not want to give me my deposit back to my room because I didn’t have the receipt from checking even if I showed them my bank statement…… if you’re gonna spend $1000 more on vacation to the islands go to the Bahamas or Cayman Islands unless you like the inconvenience of low quality service

Directions was bad. Welcome was terrible. Not information. Wiukd not recommended. Only one good thing short walk to Airpirt. But they dont tell you . No shops near. Receptionist was poor customer service. . Now Verney House hotelwas awesome..stayvthere it was 10/10. With everything. I stayed when i arrived two nights . .. would recommended.
