This place is amazing from the price to the staff tm the rooms the pool. The bed was so soft and clean. I stayed at this place for 4 weeks on and off. I just loved it. I can't wait to come back just tpw keeping me away you having no chance. Even the food was good.

Manager is a liar. Hotel however is good value.

I recently stayed at P Plus Hotel for 7 days.
I had booked through Agoda & had booked a King Room. On arrival I was given a twin room. I queried them about this & they said come back tomorrow.
I then went back the next day & he said there was no King room available & come back tomorrow. I was starting to get a bit cheesed off & let him know.
Then next day I went back & got the same little plump guy passing himself off as some sort of a manager. Again no room. By now I was ready to explode & he started saying the room is 150bht more a night if I want the King Room that I’d paid for & the problem was with the Agency (Agoda). The amount was small but the big issue was I was being extorted. I contacted Agoda & they took responsibility & paid the upgrade so the problem was with them but it took days of me being in a sub standard room & eventually me losing my temper at them to get to the bottom of it. What sort of a manager would think he could just think he could keep telling me to come back the next day & think I was going to accept it. When you are on a holiday you want to relax & don’t need antagonistic situations.
As the hotel goes, it’s on Soi Excite.
30m from Soi Bulkhao & probably 50m to LK Metro Metro.
Has a good pool & a gym that is way better than the usual hotel gym.
TV wise had the usual True Channels but nothing that excited me too much.
If it sports you are looking to watch there’s 3-4 good sports bars within a few hundred metres.
There’s obviously better hotels but value wise this is probably the best I’ve stayed at. Position is the big selling point.
As far as I say though was beside the hotel being bang for buck my whole stay was ruined at the hotel dues to listening told by the guy passing himself off as a manager.

Very Good Value near Tree Town
Pros:

This hotel was an incredibly good value, clean, well appointed rooms, many facilities, yet affordable and comparable to more expensive hotels. Location is close to Tree Town, and say a 15 min walk to beach road. Staff were polite and friendly, large lobby, pool, on site restaurant. The room was really really good for the price. Would certainly stay there again and save $$'s from the more expensive options I usually stay at. Highly recommended for a mid priced hotel.

Excellent location, bed comfortable, water preasure good, staff friendly, those at the reception area speak English. Breakfast ok, mostly Western type.
My view of the city was good. Transport from the Jontiem bus station takes 10 minutes.
