Can’t wait to be back!

We’ve been visiting Ibiza for over 15 years, and I can honestly say the service we experienced at NH Collection Ibiza was some of the best we’ve ever had on the island.

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and there was such a noticeable level of care, friendliness and attention throughout our stay.

A very special mention has to go to Juan and Alex, who were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond and are a real credit to the hotel. It’s the people who make a stay memorable, and they genuinely helped make ours special.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but for us, it was the exceptional service that really stood out. After 15 years of visiting Ibiza and staying in many different places across the island, this was genuinely some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced.

We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for such a brilliant stay!

Great location, good walking distance to town Ibiza, impressive personnel so friendly & helpful, if you are looking for an individual style then you find it here

Cons:

Chilling @ pool not ideal, great quality but small and tight, for that best go to a beach club. Rooms on 3rd floor quite small but does include all you need

Exceptional in every way and I’ve stayed in some of the world finest hotels and this is up there. A hidden gem.
Pros:

Absolutely everything from the service to the rooms to food everything is excellent. The team truly go above and beyond in every aspect of your stay, keeping in touch via WhatsApp is prompt and so helpful when you need something quickly, the rooms are stunning and unique and I would honestly say some of the best pizza and Japanese fusion is here right on site. I have been fortunate enough to enjoy a superior all the up to a suite and you are treated like royalty without exception. In an industry where service is now a luxury and not the norm NH collection have absolutely nailed it.

Excellent hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – very convenient and close to everything we needed.
