Hotel Rebstock - Self-Check-in

Fürchterlich!

The property was on a busy toad next to the train tracks. The self checkin was good but there were no staff at the property. No instructions on how to check in, so was difficult but i figured it out.

Ordered double beds got single, bathroom so small you had hard time to move around, if window was open in the room you could not enter bathroom, bathroom window took all the soace in the room, owners never responded to inquiry

In diesem Hotel werde ich nie wieder Buchen. Das Zimmer ist wie eine Zelle im Knast.
Frühstück war trotz Buchung nicht möglich.

Our fault for not reading the check in dead line, but really?
We arrived late in the dar, in the rain and had no idea what to do. Finally we saw this machine on the wall, had to make a phone call to get help and get checked in. Very stressful! Breakfast was average at best. Only one kind of bread and not many other choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Plenty of parking in front and at the side of the hotel.

This is a self check-in hotel and we had no problem checking into the hotel using their check-in computer.

We were on the third floor and they did not have a elevator.

Insonorisation inexistante, la chambre donnait sur la rue qui est la route principale et à côté d’un passage à niveau.
Petit déjeuné basique inclue.

Zimmer mit TV aber keine Fernbedienung, kein Föhn, Ersatzzimmer erhalten, sehr laut von Strasse und Bahn
Personal beim Frühstück unfreundlich, Frühstückbuffet bescheiden

It is a simple but functional hotel

Das Frühstück war lecker.
Leider schlechte information Betreffend dem Eingang.
Das Hotel ist in der Nacht nicht beleuchtet und somit kaum sichtbar, auch der Eingang nicht, ohne Leuchtlampe geht nichts. Ich kam ohne Klingeln nicht rein, zum Glück konnte man jmd anrufen. Die Dame am hörer war leicht genervt, als ich sagte dass es meine Kreditkarte nicht annimmt um die Tür zu öffnen, es war aber auch schon recht spät. War dann sehr froh als sie mir öffnete. Das Zimmer war eigentlich schön nur nicht geheizt und es war recht kalt. Sonst hätte es mir recht gefallen.

War für mich enttäuschend. - Anstelle eines Check-In gab es nur einen Automaten, damit könnte ich noch leben.
Vor dem Hotel ist eine sehr stark befahrene Hauptstrasse, hinter dem Hotel geht eine befahrende Eisenbahntrasse entlang. Entsprechend laut ist es dort.
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls eher enttäuschend, das kenne ich aus der Schweiz eigentlich anders. Die Milch im Kaffeeautomaten war sauer.

No heater this didn't work.. I had a cold bath and at dinner there were wrong prices on the menu, so I paid CHF 11 for a salad even though the price was CHF 9.

Een prima kamer voor als je nauwelijks aanwezig bent in het hotel zelf!

Un séjour parfait ! La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit double. La salle de bains est bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec de très bons produits. En conclusion, nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort de cet hôtel.
