Stay was comfortable, though, property is old and have some maintenance issues but staff is good and helpful.

Kakaram, ganesh gave a mesmerizing and amazing experience, stay was very comfortable due to their help

I stayed in fortune park Katra with my family. Everything was up to the mark. Like to say thanks to restaurant team for quick service. Food was been served yammy and varities were in breakfast. But would give special thanks to chef vishal and manager kunal for extra care by serving food was not in buffet .. really appreciate both of them and their team... God bless.

The food was very good — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. I genuinely enjoyed the meals during my stay.

The hospitality was also great. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. A special thanks to Vijay and Manisha for being especially kind and attentive. They made sure everything was smooth and were always ready to help with a smile.

Excellent hospitality food satff was very coporative

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The restaurant served high-quality food with good presentation and taste. Overall, the hospitality and service standards were impressive. I would definitely visit again

I belive this stay was one of the best in last couple of months.
We stayed there for 3 days and i usually do not give feedbacks but the kind of hospitality i got compels me to mention about their generous staff.
Everyone was amazing. And what took my heart was their food the head Chef sunny was so courteous that he listened to me understood my taste and served me exactly what i wanted because i think food is one important part of our travel.
