Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Great location with dozens of restaurants out the back door of the hotel. OK breakfast. 10 minute walk to day-tour pick up location.

Bliskość centrum, klimatyzacja. Parking malutki ale jest 28eur/dzień, trzeba wczesniej powiadomic o tym hotel.
W łazience pod prysznicem i na słuchawce prysznicowej pleśń. Zostal nam zaproponowany inny pokoj, w którym sytuacja wyglądała podobnie. W kolejnym pokoju na umywalce i pod prysznicem znalazłam czyjeś włosy. Ewidentnie mają problem z czystością i sprzątaniem. W naszym pokoju po ponownym sprzątaniu w dalszym ciągu znajdował się jakiś brud na dywanie. Pani w recepcji bardzo nie pomocna - hotel nie był w stanie zaproponować mi nic innego niż zniżki na kolejny podbyt, co w zaistniałej sytuacji brzmi mało poważnie.

The front desk staff was excellent and so helpful. Ramona especially made sure the room we were allocated met our every need. The breakfast was so delicious and full of choices. Location was amazing as it was walkable to all the major highlights in the Old Town . Definitely recommend as the place to stay when you are in Bucharest.
