Pros:

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal (z. B. Beratung zu Taxikosten, Regenschirm Ausleihe).
Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt.

Cons:

Balkon im zweiten Stock hatte keine Aussicht, da hier eine 1,60m hohe und 80cm tiefe Brüstung war. Schade.
Frühstück war okay, aber Brötchen nicht frisch.

Hotel in centro città!
Pros:

L'albergo si trova nel pieno centro di Bucarest, a breve distanza dalle pricnipali attrattive della città. Due accessi alla struttura, una da una strada di percorrenza dalle auto e l'altra da una via principale pedonale del centro storico. La struttura in generale è molto buona. Vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'autovettura custodita (costo euro 28 x l'intera giornata; un pò eccessivo! In zona ci sono altri parcheggi a pagamento simili a quelli che si trovano nelle città). La mia stanza era rivolta verso la strada principale e di giorno, le finestre non totalmente insonorizzate; di notte comunque si dormiva senza problemi. Diciamo, che se una persona è molto sensibile al traffico, non è la posizione migliore. La camera spaziosa, pulita e con i comfort di n 4 stelle. Compresso il bollitore con tisane e caffè gratis. Bagno giusto nelle dimensioni e con accessori di buona qualità. La colazione ottima con prodotti di qualità. Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile. Qualità prezzo ottima. Se dovessi ritornare a Bucarest porei pensarci di tornare in questo albergo.

Pros:

The property is located in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, close to countless sites, as well as restaurants, stores, and bars. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel was located very close to the old town, which was positive AND negative. Back door of hotel led right into old town streets. Hotel was generally clean and staff helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived near midnight, and were allocated room 213 (deluxe room with balcony), however it was situated right next to night club which continued loud music until after 4am!! Reception let us move during night to a room (210 a few doors down which was only slightly less noisy). Next morning we were given a smaller room on 3rd floor at front of hotel; no music noise but road noise throughout night. Limited rooms available at side of hotel which would be quieter. Hotel offered refund due to smaller room size which took over 10 days to process :-(
Breakfast was poor - limited choice of fruit and cereals. Cooked breakfast was put in warmers with lids open and therefore totally freezing!! Not acceptable for 4 star hotel. We also regularly requested ice due to the heat, and were directed to the restaurant adjoining hotel (as no bar in hotel), and were issued plastic bags of ice.

Huono kokemus hotellista, jonka ennakko-odotukset olivat huomattavasti korkeammalla.
Pros:

Ei tule sellaista seikkaa mieleeni. Ehkä sänky oli ok.

Cons:

Henkilökunta nuivaa, poikkeuksena aamun vastaanottovirkailija. Huovo valaistus käytävillä. Naapurikiinteistöllä meluisa disco (auki yömyöhään). Parveke lähinnä tupakointia varten.

La ubicación

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitacion era enana. En el baño.no.podiamos estar 2 personas porque no cabiamos, de hecho la.puerta daba con el.lavabo y no se abria del.todo.. no podianos regular la temperatura.
La zona del desayuno tb es muy diminuta
