Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Auch die Möglichkeit, dass wir unser Auto vormittags parken durften. Auch die Lage am Stadtrand von Budapest war toll, da es sehr ruhig war und man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell im Zentrum war
Sehr positiv ist noch zu erwähnen, dass das Hotel Unannehmlichkeiten sehr ernst nimmt und an gemeinsamen Lösungen interessiert ist

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber (Staubflusseln, Spiegel versteckt, Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon). Auch hat es sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer gerochen. Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Es gab nur Toastbrot und Croissants. Cerealien waren um 7. 15 Uhr schon leer, genauso wie Aufschnitt. Nachgefüllt wurde nicht. Auch die Kaffeemaschine war sehr schmutzig. Auf den Tischen lagen Platzsets, kein einziges war sauber. Auch das Besteck sah aus, als wäre es schon benutzt worden.

Cichy, spokojny, ładny z zewnątrz, miła obsługa

Cons:

Pokój nie posprzątany, wszędzie leżały wlosy po poprzednich gościach. W pokoju mieliśmy szczypawki. Łazienka beznadziejna, słuchawka prysznicowa cieknie, suszarka do włosów nie działa.

Cons:

Az egész szállodában 1 db vasalódeszka van. Ilyen szinten ezt a hibát nem szabadna hagyni.
Reggeli jó, de a kínálat nagyon lassan töltődik újra. Ebben a kategóriában ez szintén nem elfogadható hiba.
