Gut gemeinte 3/10 – Leider nicht die gleiche Erfahrung wie beim ersten Aufenthalt

Vor drei Wochen waren wir bereits Gäste im Klebelsberg Kastély und waren begeistert. Unser erster Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend – deshalb haben wir damals ohne Zögern 10/10 Punkte vergeben. Aufgrund dieser positiven Erfahrung haben wir direkt erneut drei Nächte gebucht.

Leider entsprach der zweite Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der sofort reagierte, als das ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer nicht unserer Buchung entsprach (gebucht waren Gartenblick und eine ebenerdige Dusche statt Badewanne). Er bot uns umgehend ein anderes Zimmer an – dafür vielen Dank.

Dieses Zimmer war allerdings nicht so sauber wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt. Im Badezimmer fehlten Seife, Toilettenpapier und teilweise auch Handtücher. Die Rezeptionistin war ausgesprochen freundlich, entschuldigte sich, füllte alles sofort auf und zeigte sich selbst sehr verärgert über die Nachlässigkeiten des Housekeepings.

Noch enttäuschender war das Frühstück. Obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten wird, war bereits kurz vor 9:00 Uhr vieles leer und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Die beiden Servicemitarbeiterinnen gingen an uns vorbei aus dem Frühstücksraum, ohne sich darum zu kümmern, und es war längere Zeit niemand anwesend. Erst nachdem wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert hatten, entschuldigte sich der Mitarbeiter und kümmerte sich darum, dass wieder nachgelegt wurde. Als die beiden Servicemitarbeiterinnen zurückkamen, wurden wir lediglich mit einem strengen Blick bedacht und anschließend ignoriert. Dieses Verhalten passte für uns überhaupt nicht zu dem Serviceanspruch, den das Hotel vermittelt.

Am Abreisetag wurden wir gefragt, ob wir zufrieden gewesen seien. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob unsere Beschwerde das Management erreicht habe, erhielten wir die Antwort, dass darüber nichts bekannt sei. Als kleine Geste bekamen wir einen 5-Euro-Gutschein für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt.

big spacious apartament, comfortable big beds, big bathroom ( and a suplimentary one with shower and sink), very nice courtyard, big parking lot, 2 electric chargers, good breakfast

Geweldig!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kennisgemaakt met mensen en leuke avond gehad. Alles was echt top. Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Cons:

The size of the bathroom, the non fully closing sliding door of the bathroom, the tiny shower, the fridge is no minibar, there is no restaurant on site and the bar closes at 9. At the breakfast there is no butter and spoiled food stays on the serving counter. The coffee is undrinkable. As we sat outside the tables were dirty, not only with leaves and dust, but with glass marks from probably previous guests. Old towels.
