Für die Vorsaison ein guter Ausgangspunkt
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, Gemüse war nicht zerkocht. Lage sehr gut man kommt mit dem Bus 23/25 nach Palma und mit dem Bus A2 zum Flughafen. Autoverleih in der Nähe auch sehr freundlich und unkompliziert

Pros:

This hotel is a Gem Place is immaculate clean, the staff is consistent and always with a smile The food choice both at breakfast and dinner was abundant and very good The location is perfect as the bus stop is right outside the front door. Cafeteria/bar always open. I will definitely return.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room.

Skvělá lokalita, ochotný personál a bohaté snídaně/večeře
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita ubytování - hned u pláže, kousek od letiště. Naproti hotelu supermarket, 200 m skvělá autopůjčovna. Vynikající snídaně, bohaté večeře, milý a ochotný personál.

Má postel trochu vrzala.

Enkelt å komme til og fra med buss( busstopp rett utenfor hotellet) kort vei til stranden. God luft inne på rommet.

Vacanza piacevolissima, ci siamo trovati molto bene e, anche se ci sono alcune cose migliorabili, torneremmo volentieri.
Pros:

Posizione davvero ottima, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare da cui si possono ammirare tramonti incantevoli. Lo staff è gentile, in particolare le signore delle pulizie e parte dei camerieri, sempre disponibili e cordiali. Ottimo il livello di pulizia, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. La colazione è abbondante e varia, adatta a tutti i gusti. Bellissima anche la piscina esterna e l’area relax, entrambe curate nei minimi dettagli. Molto piacevole l’intrattenimento serale con musica dal vivo, coinvolgente ma mai invadente. E un consiglio: non perdetevi la sangria del bar… è davvero favolosa!

Cons:

Purtroppo alcuni ospiti non hanno rispettato le regole della piscina, occupando sdraio e ombrelloni fin dalle prime ore del mattino, pur non essendo presenti in struttura per buona parte della giornata. Sarebbe auspicabile un maggior controllo da parte dello staff, affinché tutti gli ospiti possano usufruire equamente dei servizi offerti.

La cena è sempre stata di buona qualità, anche se un po’ ripetitiva. I dolci, invece, non hanno convinto: migliorandone la varietà e la qualità, l’esperienza culinaria ne trarrebbe grande beneficio.

Déçue par la restauration du soir.
Pros:

Arrêts de bus depuis l'aéroport (bus A2) et pour Palma ( bus 25) devant l'hôtel.
Accueil par une dame parlant parfaitement français. Pas d'attente aux ascenseurs.
Chambre de taille moyenne , balcon avec vue mer latérale et...vue sur l'hôtel voisin. Literie très confortable. Salle de bains assez grande avec une tablette pour poser ses articles de toilette. ( Pas de miroir de courtoisie ).
Coffre-fort gratuit. La clim fonctionne bien.
Accès au spa compris mais la piscine chauffée est froide et le jacuzzi tiède. (Sauna et hammam non testés.)

Cons:

Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres. Télé avec deux chaînes françaises mais aucune réception pendant 4 jours malgré nos réclamations.
Salle de restauration très bruyante. Les boissons sont à un prix raisonnable.
Petits-déjeuners: Pas de jus de fruits pressés. Pas d'attente aux machines à café. Suffisamment de choix.
Dîners: C'est le gros point noir de cet hôtel. L'offre est variée mais les plats ne sont pas très goûteux. (Les entrées qui auraient dû être chaudes ne l'étaient pas, et beaucoup de desserts plein de chantilly!) Et puis, il ne faut pas arriver à 20h: les tables sont déjà desservies et préparées pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain. A 20h15, les étiquettes nommant les plats sont retirées. Les chariots transportant la vaisselle passent bruyamment et on sent que notre présence gêne alors que le dîner est censé être servi jusqu'à 21h...
Animation légère: trois soirées dans la semaine de musique live (ou plutôt de bruit) qui n'ont guère été plébiscitées.
