Superb hotel & staff
Pros:

Another fantastic stay at the Golden Playa. Wonderful hotel staff. Rooms are great food is great. Superb base for exploring the island by bicycle. Thank you to Sumit, Alex,Aliz, Pepe and Manolo for making our holiday exceptional.

Aufgrund der Atmosphäre im Speisesaal, werde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen

Gute Lage,Aussicht, Zimmer waren modern, Liegen auf der Terrasse ab 12.00 Uhr Sonne bis zum Abend

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht immer gut.Das Fleisch war sehr zäh. Der Fisch nicht gut.Das Bedienung im Restaurant war nicht sehr freundlich und hetzte durch das Restaurant.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Restaurantpersonal

Pepe war unser absoluter Star! Unheimlich aufmerksamer Restaurantmitarbeiter! Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle! Unübertrefflich seine Freundlichkeit und Liebe zum Beruf.

Cons:

Als Wiederholungsbucher habe ich drum gebeten, im oberen Stockwerk und auf der Westseite zu sein. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer im 1. OG direkt über der Bar und auf der Ostseite. Das fand ich sehr schade. Leider war die Receptionistin nicht bereit, mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, obwohl das Hotel beiweitem nicht ausgebucht war. Das fand ich sehr schade.
