Limapark Hotel

Oda çok geniş ve dizaynı çok güzel, yatak yeni ve çok rahat, yastıklar tam istediğim gibi.
Odaya geldiğimde gece saat 23.00 ama restorandan yemek söyledim, hızlı geldi, porsiyon aşırı büyüktü, yemeklerin lezzeti çok iyiydi.
Sabah kahvaltısı yeterliydi, havuzu seyrederek kahvaltı güzeldi. Kahvaltıda çalınan müzik çok huzurluydu.
Ben burayı çok sevdim, yine gelebilirim.

The first time in my trips i found a cockroach in the room

I always stayed at this hotel. I always left 5 stars. Our room this vist was on top of HAYAL restaurant that was very loud music. We couldn't sleep until 12 midnight. When I first received my room, bathroom was left dirty from the previous guest. When the cleaning lady came to clean it, she didn't clean it well again. I gave them my laundry it was only washed without ironing. This will be my last time staying hwre unfortunately.

Oda genel olarak temiz

Duştan akan suyu daha ne kadar kısabilirler merak ediyorum. Onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Özellikle personel çok iyi.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Serdivan und ist schön saniert . Es ist alles neu und man hätte nichts zu meckern wenn da nicht die Betten wären. Die Kissen sind eine einzige Katastrophe es gibt auch keine alternativ Kissen. Anstatt ein hohes und ein tiefes Kissen anzubieten. Hat man hier alle Karten auf ein sehr hohes Kissen gesetzt. Furchtbar.
Zwei Betten wurden zusammen gelegt und sobald man sich bewegt hat rutschten die Betten in der Mitte auseinander und man fiel quasi in ein Loch . Trotz Anfrage auch hier keine Reaktion seitens Rezeption.
Wie gesagt Lage ,Sauberkeit, Beschaffenheit alles gut nur der Komfort nicht.

Mein deutscher Ausweis ist in der Türkei nicht gültig sagte der Rezeptionist.
Ich müsste unbedingt einen Reisepass haben. Check in war kompliziert.
Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist auch nicht sonderlich berauschend.
Überall ist etwas kaputt (wir hatten zwei Zimmer). In einem Zimmer gab es Getränke, in dem anderen nicht (auch hier wurde COVID-19 als Grund genannt). Wenn etwas schief läuft, dann ist es Corona…
Teppich ist unsauber, ich mochte gar nicht aus der Dusche raus.

İlk giriş anında oda temiz ve güzel görünüyordu ertesi gün lavabo demiri arasındaki izmariti gördüğümde şok oldum üstüne gece kapının kenarında yürüyen hamam böceği gördüm. Rezalet bir durumdu önermiyorum. Konum kahvaltı güzel ama oda ile ilgili her şey berbattı.

The hotel overall is good, good spa and turkish bath , rooms in first floor are not good, windows are next to the street so anyone from outside the hotel can see you and your room if you have the curtains open.

The staff are not welcoming and there is no hospitality.

My 2 words to the staff members, please smile when you speak to customers and stop looking and stairing at customers in a very weird way.

We are paying money to stay, not staying for free!!!!

Hotel looks like luxurious place but it is nothing even close. The service is very poor, employees don't wear masks. The room had only 2 towel and I had to ask for more towels. Air conditioner broke after couple of hours from checking in and had too call the lobby. They sent someone to fix it but he couldn't and left the room without saying anything.

Genel olarak konforlu bir tatil, temiz oda. Ortalama bir kahvaltı. Oldukça Merkezi bir konumda. Tekrar gidilir tavsiye edilir

Otelin konumu cok guzel, tam merkezi, aksam yürüyüş vs yapmak kafeler ve restoranlara yakin olmak isterseniz ideal. Fakat otel biraz bakimsiz, odalar cok kucuk, iki kisilik oda olmasina ragmen ikinci yastik ve havlu takimini biz isteyince getirdiler. Ozensizdi. Hamam havuz vs kismi ise sanki terkedilmis gibi. Bakimsiz gorunuyor. Kahvalti iyiydi, zengin menusu var. Kahvaltidan cok memnun kaldık. Puanim 7/10
