Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit "rundum" Balkon und Sonne den ganzen Tag
Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr großzügig, waren neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Das Zimmer befand sich im 4. Stock mit Blick auf die Weinberge und zum Teil ins Tal und war sehr ruhig gelegen (nachts)
Kühlschrank war im Zimmer vorhanden
Unser Hund war auch willkommen und bekam eine eigene Liegeauflage
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet

Cons:

Wir erleben es leider immer wieder, dass in Hotels, in denen Hunde erlaubt sind, leider keine Unterschiede bei der Kostenpauschale bzgl. der Größe des Hundes gemacht werden. Es ist nachvollziehbar, das der Hund extra kostet, aber 20 Euro pro Tag für einen kleinen Yorkie von 2 kg empfinden wir sehr hoch im Vergleich zu einem großen Labrador zum Beispiel.
Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer gewesen wäre, gerne auch gegen Aufpreis.
Ebenso könnte man über das Angebot eines Wasserkochers für Tee oder Kaffee nachdenken.
Der direkt unter unserem Zimmer gelegene Whirlpool war bei Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon leider etwas störend von der Geräuschkulisse (sehr laut)

Gute und Moderne Ausstattung

Cons:

Personal macht Dienst nach Vorschrift. Man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Beispielsweise wurde ein freundlich gemeinter Hinweis auf einen defekt, so beantwortet, dass man sehr sicher war, dass es einem scheiss egal ist.

Cons:

In der Finnischen-Sauna sollte auf dem Fliesenboden ein Holzlattenrost verlegt werden;weil die Fliesen sind sehr heiß sind

Pros:

A spacious, beautifully renovated room large enough to comfortably sleep 3 adults, with stunning views of Schenna, Meran and the Alps.

La suite in sé è curata e ha una vista sulle montagna molto bella

Caposala maleducato,politica sulla cucina(pensione completa) incomprensibile e assolutamente fuori prezzo per la qualità del cibo,camera con termosifoni spenti fino al punto di dover chiamare noi la reception per chiedere lume,doccia che non scaricava l acqua in modo adeguato,spa sauna piscina piccoli affollati e sopratutto acqua della piscina riscaldata non era poi riscaldata in quanto a 30 gradi…la spesa di base per una suite è già alta di suo per un 4 stelle,in aggiunta la cena(pessima) ti porta a un costo totale da hotel 5 stelle con cucina e servizi di gran lunga superiori

Bellissima vista, piscina e palestra ben organizzate.
