Next year I would probably stay somewhere else for the function I went to.

Location to work function

Cons:

1 of 2 elevators was broken down. I came at the same time last year and 1 of the elevators were broken then. Since the hotel has a check in on the 4 floor the elevators situation was a problem. The clean glasses in our room were on the bottom shelf 3 inches from the floor (yuck). They should be higher up. The desk top or bathroom would be better than sitting next to the floor. $20 for parking is a little too much. Should be free if staying the night.

Pros:

This hotel thinks they are high end and fancy, they are not. You enter the hotel with an elevator. There is no front desk to speak of. The elevators don’t always work. Parking is $20. Breakfast is $11 a person. I’ve stayed at so many Hyatt’s and have always been a fan. This one was bizarre.

Pros:

Location is perfect! Loved the stores in the center. Staff is great! Hotel clean! Breakfast was amazing! Staff serving breakfast made you feel welcomed and attentive! Can’t wait to stay again.

Price gouging for game day
Cons:

One of two elevators was broken so the wait was super long. Rate was super jacked up for game day and didn’t include breakfast or parking.
