Muito ruim, lamentável a situação com o chuveiro, além de colocar em risco a segurança dos hóspedes

Hotel pequeno, quarto simples, mas ok. Chuveiro péssimo: fiação exposta, não esquentava e, durante o uso, começou cheiro de queimado até estourar algo com faísca e fumaça no banheiro.
Na recepção, atendimento ruim e disseram que estava “normal” e que o técnico só poderia vir no dia seguinte. Atendente em tom de deboche chegou a orientar usar chinelo para evitar choque.
Tivemos que tomar banho gelado e ainda informaram que, em caso de desistência, não havia reembolso da diária (os próprios exigiram pagamento antecipado pois estavam com alta demanda).
Experiência péssima. Não recomendo.

Só gostamos do café da manhã

Cons:

Colchões e travesseiros vencidos,quarto minúsculo sem condições de se locomover,chuveiro dando choque,porta do box quebrada(acrílico) ar condicionado desligava a cada 5 minutos,barulho da rua a noite toda.
