Ideale locatie en stijlvol
Pros:

Locatie is perfect in het centrum met veel restaurants om de hoek. Leuke kamer en terras en veel zenders op tv en comfortabele zithoek. Leuk ingericht. Het hotel is duur, maar styling maakt veel goed. Dompelbad is relaxt .

Cons:

Zeep en shampoo in glazen flesjes zijn wat onhandig en gevaarlijk als ze vallen. Eén anders duurzaam alternatief is beter. Weegschaal deed het niet. Handdoeken zijn groot maar drogen moeilijk.

A lovely place but more like an Airbnb than a hotel and definitely not a spa.
Pros:

Rooms are beautiful and location is perfect.

Cons:

Wear and tear in the bathroom. Please also be aware it is not a hotel, nor a spa. A tiny (unappealing) plunge pool in the basement and no reception or hotel facilities - just a lovely manager on WhatsApp.

Hidden gem in the heart of Cuitadella - comfortable, clean & great communication from owner / host.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the town
Pros:

It’s very centrally located
The staff are super friendly and helpful
The cleaners are amazing! Very thorough cleaning job
Cute jacuzzi spa - not pool
Room was lovely and airy
Very personal service - I had the lady in charge’s phone number and she was always quick to answer and helpful

Cons:

No reception but to be honest the staff are available if you need them
It’s not a 5 star (no room service etc) but you do get a really personal service that is better than most chains I have stayed at
If you want a boutique hotel with personalised service this is the place for you

Malén could not have been more helpful and welcoming
Pros:

A very tastefully decorated town house conveniently situated within easy reach of all the good stuff Cuitadella has to offer

Cons:

A bit hard to find. Needs a bigger sign !

a must stay boutique hotel in the center of Ciudatella Menorca.
Pros:

amazing little boutique hotel, with great design and fantastique room. located in the center of the old town of Ciudatella, we grab our coffee in the morning on the main square and started our day that way.
i would recommend it to everyone.

Cons:

person checking us in was a little abrupt about our arrival time and coordination could have been a little smoother. but overall a great experience.

Pros:

Was in a lovely location that was about it.

Cons:

It wasn’t worth 800euro for 3nights .. the cushions were dirty.. The spa is just a little hot tube down stairs, we thought we would have a balcony we didn’t.. the room was so small .. when you went to the toilet the other person can see you through the glass door .. the towels never got replaced once .. we had the same towels for 3days .. I wouldn’t rate it as a 5star …

Nice rooms with good storage space

Cons:

"Spa" is a bit misleading - just a jacuzzi
Free parking approx. 600 meters away
No breakfast.
Hot water availability limited (low water pressure)

A very relaxing experience!
Pros:

Very beautiful rooms and decor. Hot tub area very relaxing!

Cons:

Would be good to have a “do not disturb” hanger for door if you want a lie in the morning.

The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as mentioned, could hear word for word the conversations going on above the bed through the vent in the ceiling.

Would have been good to have been given notice about spa not being available (only could use on last day of stay!). As this was one of the main reasons I booked this accommodation!

Over-priced and disappointing as I thought it was a spa hotel.
Pros:

comfortable bed
the spa was pretty good for a small group of no more than 4.

Cons:

We paid for a junior suite and it said there was a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, but there was only one room! No hooks to hang towels. Toiletries in non functional glass bottles which didn’t smell great. Shower was really bad. you had to hold it up and there was no pressure. Not enough plug sockets. Place looked fantastic but it just didn’t work!

Great spot, could use a dehumidifyer
Pros:

The space is beautiful and the location is so central!

Cons:

I didn't like that the spa was sooooo close to being considered warm. I felt like after a few moments of being in the water I was no longer warm - if it was kept even slightly more warm I would have been over the moon!
