O hotel é ótimo o quarto muito confortável, os funcionários atenciosos, um excelente café da manhã.
Breakfast was fresh, a selection of fruit, cheeses, meats and baked goods, and juices all delivered to the table with the option to order off the menu also. Staff very thoughtful, friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The location was excellent, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, museums and the timeout market!
Everything was great!
We have stayed at many hotels in many European cities and this was the best experience we have had. We had 2 connecting rooms, which was great. The comfort and attention to detail (nightlights under the sink; amenities throughout) were lovely. Breakfast (included) was fantastic. The staff was amazing - we had a minor medical problem and they helped resolve it with total dedication. I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves special mention. We would come back to Lisbon just to stay here again.

The location is perfect - the hotel is close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. It is just a short walk from great attractions and especially convenient for visiting the Time Out Market,

Frukosten var 10 poäng av 10. Egentligen 12 av 10. Absolut den bästa frukosten vi fått och vi har varit i nästan alla världsdelar. Personalen var otrolig. Management fixade och gjorde absolut allt för att vi skulle trivas bla uppgradering av rummet, sparklin wine i ishink, mm mm. Sängarna, kuddarna och lakanen var av absolut högsta klass. Maten utöver frukosten = supergod. Bartendern lika med topp. Alla aktiviteterna som ordnades varje dag på hotellet var mycket mycket roliga och intressanta. Happy hour i receptionen varje dag ! Läget mitt inne i stan var perfekt. We will be back :-)

The hotel was amazing. The attentive and polite staff, fantastic bar and cocktails, superb breakfast included in our stay and delicious restaurant food in the evening made it a perfect getaway. The location was also great. I would recommend this Hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was a highlight of our month long trip and had a great room, the friendliest staff who were incredibly helpful, the amazing activities like walking tours and wine/food tastings that they offered every day so guests can get to know the local produce. Fantastic guest engagement for rainy days in Lisbon. It felt more welcoming than home.

Les personnel adorable
Everything - the hotel was beautiful with fantastic amenities (breakfast and spa included) and also free activities to participate in. They also had a bottle of bubbles waiting in the room for our bride! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, with them joining in the laughter of our bridal party group. Centrally located to visit all the sites of Lisbon with Pink Street and the Timeout Mercado very nearby.
Nothing - we will be coming back and recommending to all our friends.
