Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and lots of surprises
Pros:

The location was central, walking distance to some sights and the main shopping area as well as the all important Lisbon sign. The hotel staff were excellent, super attentive and very helpful. The extra unexpected surprise was the snack table reception with delicious cake and the ice cream machine!! And on checkout we received a pack of delicious cookies! Oh and there’s a midnight snack table as well

Cons:

We didn’t enjoy the food in the main restaurant but the staff were excellent and the room service food was much better

A 5+ experience
Pros:

The staff was incredible, especially Joao. He always had a smile and was happy to help in any way. The spa was enjoyed by all and the kids loved the ice cream machine and candy in the lobby. There were so many extras it is hard to list them all. This was a 5+ experience. The location was close to everything. We were sad to leave and it's the only hotel I would stay at again in Lisbon. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

Nothing it was the perfect stay in Lisbon thanks to the staff!

Pros:

The staff were all exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs.

Cons:

The accommodations were 10 plus. It would have been nice to have a balcony to sit on at night, but that is not a criticism of the overall quality of the hotel.

Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personal vielen lieben Dank—Art des Hotels—Lage ist perfekt zum erkunden der Stadt/Umgebung—Preis-Leistung für ein fünf Sterne Hotel gut und fair.Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut ,besonders weil man viel aus der Karte bestellen konnte.

Best ever stay
Pros:

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in and I have Seen a lot of hotels. The best thing is that all the small things you use and eat during the day are free of charge. Not the way cheap hotels try to earn money on you. Minibar, ice cream, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the turkish bath, all for free. Breakfast is served at your table. No buffet and loads of people trying to spoil your early morning. Excellent, efficiënt and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and good beds. Location excellent in hart of Lisboa.

Cons:

I liked it all. Not one bad thing. I will Return to this Hotel.

Best hotel ever!
Pros:

Everything! This was the best hotel we have ever stayed! If we go back to Lisbon, we will 100% stay at Corpo Santo. The tasting workshops, the staff, the location, everything is superb!

Hotel maravilhoso
Pros:

Café da manhã delicioso, instalações confortáveis , roupa de cama de qualidade, gentileza de todos os funcionários, comidinhas na recepção, localização maravilhosa. O hotel é excelente.

Cons:

Não há nada que não tenha gostado. O hotel é maravilhoso. A única coisa que sugeriria , em caso de necessidade de uma reforma futura, é que tirem os carpetes- que podem ser ruim para os asmáticos.

A new front runner!
Pros:

One of the nicest city hotels I've ever stayed in. Great location. Fabulous attention to detail to make your stay special. Great staff. Sadly a cancelled flight meant we missed our first night, but from the moment we arrived it was magical! Loads of little extras. Fantastic walking tour with Anna. A top end historic hotel. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Paying for the night we didn't use! But standard hotel policy...
