Faultless
Pros:

Faultless. First class service before and during stay. Friendly helpful staff.

The perfect location to enjoy Liabon
Pros:

The hotel is very well run with very attentive, friendly staff. The location is perfect with many of the famous Lisbon attractions within easy walking distance and the Cais do Sodre rail hub nearby for access to other areas of interest.

Splendido hotel
Pros:

Tutto , la struttura , la camera bella e accogliente , letto comodo , doccia super!!! Staff gentilissimo , colazione servita alla carta di ottima qualità, abbiamo provato il ristorante e il bar ottimo servizio e ottimo cibo , nella hall ci sono torte ,pasticcini , caramelle e bevande per gli ospiti , ben posizionato , ci è piaciuto tutto di quest’hotel!!! Consigliatissimo!!

La perfection et un séjour formidable.
Pros:

Tout! L’accueil, la gentillesse et l’attention des personnels. Le fait que l’hôtel propose deux fois par jour une visite de Lisbonne de deux heures effectuée par un guide sympathique et efficace!
Les cocktails gratuits préparés le soir et d’excellents snacks à disposition toute la journée. La qualité et l’équipement des chambres et leur parfaite tenue . La parfaite localisation de l’hôtel. L’excellent petit déjeuner servi à la table. Un spa très agréable et bien tenu. Cet hôtel est exceptionnel et son rapport qualité prix remarquable. Un séjour de 4 nuits vraiment très agréable et réussi dans cet endroit que je recommande à 100 pour 100!

Fantastique.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal proche du métro et d'un arrêt de bus. Le petit déjeuner servi à table était très copieux et très bon. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et le client est au centre de sa préoccupation.
Nous avons très apprécié également les petites gourmandises qui se trouvent dans le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel.
Nous y reviendrons si nous devons revenir à Lisbonne
