Der Service war auf eine unaufdringliche Weise außergewöhnlich gut. Für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist das Flair und die Atmosphäre (auch, weil es nicht so riesig ist) angenehm familiär. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Cons:

Ein winziger Minuspunkt: Unser Zimmer hatte nur eine Duschwanne (keine begehbare Dusche).

Better Than The Best
Pros:

From the moment you arrive at this boutique hotel you realise you are in for an experience different to the major 5 star hotels. Concierge and reception staff (Mateus) totally on the ball, bags in room by the time we got to it. The range of complimentary treats in the lobby and on each floor exceptional.
The room was immaculately prepared and the high quality slippers were a real stand out. Daily cleaning and turn downs happened like clockwork.
The hotel's location is far enough away from the main tourist areas to be out of the madness but close enough that a 10 minute walk got you back into the action. the local area has a range of bars and restaurants that appear to be more for the locals - which keeps the prices within reason.
For a small hotel the reange of facilities available for guests is exceptional - spa, sauna, Turkish and a small but well equipped gym. The downstairs historical area demonstrates the commitment of the owners to preserving their little slice of history.

Pros:

Tutto. Proprio tutto. Camera, ristorante, colazione, personale davvero professionale, cordiale e attento. Spazi comuni bellissimi. Ottima spa. Perfetto.

Sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem für einen guten Schlaf! Gute Lage des Hotels mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück am Tisch serviert.
Besonders hat es uns gefreut, dass für die partielle Sonnenfinsternis, eine spezielle Brille geschenkt wurde. Auch war es tolle, dass Getränke aus der Minibar kostenfrei zur Verfügung standen, das Zimmer gut schallisoliert war und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit (traditionnelles Gebäck) während des Aufenthalts bereit gestellt wurde, sowie zum Abschied ein paar Kekse.

Pros:

Faultless!! From the moment we walked in until when we left. Staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. The unlimited ice cream and snacks were a gorgeous touch and on every floor too. And the mini bar. So much water and drinks and cocktail hour! Great rooms with best showers . Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. Perfect location. Beautiful lounge downstairs. This was a different league of 5 star hotel
