Exceptional best hotel!

Perfect location, wonderful staff!
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are all amazing and truly go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The activities the hotel provides at no charge is plentiful, such as the free walking tours, wine tastings, gin tastings, ham tastings, etc. The lobby also provides free snacks throughout the day and evening, including its own soft serve ice cream machine and delicious cakes!

Cons:

The only complaint I had was that the rooms carpeting was in terrible shape. It was very worn out, with rippling and dirty foot traffic marks. The carpeting really needs to be replaced in room 407! I would have given the hotel the top rating if it was not for the carpeting. Our friends stayed in room 405 and their carpeting was not a problem.

Great location, awesome staff.
Pros:

The hotel is right in the downtown, the location is great for everything - sightseeing, dining and shopping. The staff is simply awesome, especially the hotel manager - every request was proactively addressed to our full satisfaction, everybody is extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Perfect location, incredible staff and service, very nice sweets, snacks and ice cream at the reception. Well organized activities every day, such as gin and wine tasting. Large room with everything you need, not noisy at all. Lovely breakfast menu with everything you can think of.

This was my 3rd stay at Corpo Santo Historical hotel, and it again exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly staff. Appreciated all the snacks, and really appreciated that several staff knocked on my door to confirm my comfort and whether there was anything I needed.

Ich weiss, welches Hotel ich bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Lissabon buchen werde.
Pros:

Das Personal ist einzigartige Klasse. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Top. Die Dusche mit den Sound- und Lichteffekten war toll. Die Minibar im Zimmer ist gratis. Gibt es auch selten. Emergency-Icecream Maschine sowie Getränke, Früchte und Backwaren in der Lobby zur freien Verfügung. Beim Frühstück stehen schon Sachen auf dem Tisch und man kann noch Sachen dazu bestellen. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Das ganze Paket stimmt und man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Bett war ein bisschen zu hart. Und die Teppiche auf den Stockwerken und im Zimmer würde ich rausreissen und (zumindest im Zimmer) Parkett reinlegen. Wäre auch Allergiker freundlicher.
