I would choose this hotel over any other in Lisbon.
Pros:

Location could not have been better, walking distance to most historic sites, Ambiance, staff's helpfulness and courtesy, many extra amenities available and at no extra cost (Walking tours, cooking classes, wine tastings, cocktail hour to name a few)
food availability, 24 hours a day, spa, sauna & gym, historic features of the hotel.

Pros:

Personnels were great. Mostly Reception ist and bellboys are perfect. Also employees and chiefs in the breakfest area were perfect too.

Service extraordinaire!
Pros:

Service above all. Everyone on staff that we interacted with wanted to make sure we were happy. And the perks/freebies just keep surprising, from 24 hour soft serve and candy in the lobby to free classes and tastings and spa use. Very good location as well.

Corpo Santo Historical Hotel Lisbon
Pros:

The location was accessible to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was so helpful and considerate. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable. A. turn down service was provided and midnight snack. The hotel offered a happy hour each evening with small bites and colmplmenary activities such as walking tours and wine tastings. Upon departure, we were given a take away breakfast box. First class all the way!

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful experience!! The hotel was so charming and the customer service was the best we have ever had. The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed-massage bookings, restaurant ideas etc. The free walking tour was very enjoyable and our tour guide Anna was so passionate and knowledgeable about Lisbon’s history. Our breakfast, which was included was so good that we didn’t want to anywhere else. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back!!
