Everything near especially downtown and very quiet area.
Breakfast they closed by 9 and it doesn’t give u enough time I noticed that a lot of people were not happy of that.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and breakfast was a nice bonus.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a great overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The only disappointment was the Tesla charger. It has been reported as damaged since February 2026 and still has not been repaired. Unfortunately, it continues to be listed as available on the hotel's website, which can be misleading for Tesla owners who choose this hotel expecting to charge their vehicles. We hope this issue is resolved soon, as it would make an otherwise excellent stay even better.

How clean the room/bathroom was, it was all organized. I also liked that I could control the AC in my own room.
We had to advise the front desk, 3 times that our key cards were not working for the original room we were assigned. Each time we had to make the trip down to the lobby, and get our cards "reactivated", on the 3rd time the host finally came up with my sister to physically confirm the cards were not working. It was hectic to say the least, as we were traveling with a 2 year old that was fussy.

I love the location, only 8 min away from Downtown and Frost Bank Center! Love how peaceful and not crowed was even with a few families doing check in at the same time we arrived!
I didn't like that my shower wasn't clean at all! The cristal door for the shower was dirty with old soap and you can see however cleaned didn't clean it deeper to remove everything!
There was not hot water at all! I had to turn on the shower and let the water run for a few minutes to feel something different from the cold water!
The mattress were not the best you can feel every move and sounds as u sit or lay down on them!
Lastly it was suppose to be breakfast included and we were excited about that! As me and my husband walk down to the lobby at 7:45am (breakfast was from 6am@9am) there was only toast and some scramble eggs that they weren't even done correctly, no more options, no nothing , very disappointed, ended doing a DoorDash to have a decent breakfast before us start our driving of 5 hours back home!
