Overpriced, they charge $75 pet fee and $15 to park your car. Not even a microwave in the room, very small fridge that fits nothing.
Sheraton Sundial Bridge Redding ROCKS!
Rooms, Service Staff, Mosaic Restaurant for Breakfast (Server Wendy ROCKS), food OVERALL EXPERIENCE was TOP SHELF! GRANDSON LOVED the Chocolate Chip Pancakes!
I come down every year around the holidays and spend about a week. And during that time, it's very upbeat correctly. It's also great location!
Great location and fantastic staff. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant and bar were both great. Good bathroom loved the patio room with our pet. Very quiet but the staff was the standout.

As soon as we entered we were warmly greeted and welcomed. The young woman checking us in was super friendly and helpful as well as patient with my 11 year old and all his questions. The hotel was immaculately cleaned in spite of it being muddy and raining outside. Our room was a two queen on the second floor and the beds were soft and comfortable. Late in the evening we discovered our TV had a dark, blue picture and when we told guest services they checked with maintenance and determined it couldn’t be repaired. They not only upgraded our room to a 2 queen balcony with Sheraton Club access, but also sent someone with a luggage cart and new keys to help us move rooms who was also very kind and helpful. At the Sheraton Club’s generous continental breakfast my 11 year old pulled a staff member aside and secretly made plans to get his Grandma (who was with us) a birthday card, candy, and a complimentary reusable water bottle for her birthday. Everyone from the cleaning stuff to the concierge was wonderful. We didn’t encounter a single unhappy employee. Highly recommended this hotel.
Staff are marvelous!They went above and beyond.Interiors and Decorations are well thought.The location is very strategic,its just walking distance to the Redding Garden of Lights.

Easy, fun getaway - stayed at The Sheraton, ate at The Mosaic, and visited the Garden of Lights. Great trip for the family!
