The service and rooms are fantastic. We always have a great time staying before going on the lake. Very clean. Really nice people working there and always a great stay. Beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows. We stayed with our two dogs- so simple and easy. Thank you!
Best place to stay in Redding. Fun location, nice rooms, and an executive lounge where you can work or grab a breakfast. Lee at the bar in the restaurant is great - stop in and have him make you a Black Manhattan.

Room was very comfortable and location was perfect for events along the river. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only think we missed was having a frig in the room.
Always love the Sheraton Redding Hotel at Sundial Bridge. Easy to get to, River/oaks/trails in your backyard, room is always amazing and restaurant is awesome.

The best location in Redding for a hotel. Right next to the Sundial bridge and close to downtown. Super peaceful setting and the rooms are super clean and nice. I am a hotel snob and this hotel is definitely in my top 5. Staff is amazing, everyone is in a good mood and all around a good vibe. Pool is very nice in the summer and the winter. We prefer to eat downtown but food at the Mosaic looks great when we walk by and recommended by other guests that have eaten there.
I have stayed here 10 + times and every single stay is enjoyable. Needless to say I highly recommend.
It was a great experience at this hotel.
We were there only for one night---the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. With the family oriented festivities at Turtle Bay Park and the hotel full, it was a pricey night (total over $300). As indicated by other reviews, this is a very nice property with nice grounds. In a suburban area near the Sacramento River, It's just a short walk from Turtle Bay Park and the Sundial Bridge. It's a big place, with very long halls (thought we'd never get to our room). Our king room was very nice---large room with a sofa and chair. The bathroom was also very nice, with a nice shower. Staff was friendly. Everything was fine with the room and the service.
A few small issues. There is a $16 parking charge---unusual for a suburban location. Also, there is a $9.95 charge for internet service---the first hotel we've ever stayed in that charges for internet service. Neither of these small charges were disclosed when we booked the room or checked in. Why a nice hotel like this one has to charge for internet is baffling---why not just include it in the basic room charge. We had breakfast at Mosaic, the hotel's beautiful rustic contemporary restaurant in a separate adjacent building. Food was fine, but unfortunately the service was very slow, even though there were only 2-3 parties there. But overall it was a good 5-star stay.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I have to say the people there are fabulous. That rooms are clean and updated and modern and the service has been remarkable. I had a broken leg and everyone went out of their way to really help anywhere. They could to make sure that I wasn’t overdoing that is exceptional and not expected. I was very grateful.
The hotel and staff were wonderful, but I will NEVER go through Booking.com again. I paid for a King Tudio and got a 2 bedroom queen regular room. Was very disappointed.
