The pool even though I didn't used it.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Spirit Hotel in Holbox. The property feels very old and poorly maintained, with interiors that clearly haven’t been updated in a long time. The windows were dirty, making it difficult to even see the so-called “sea view” that is advertised.

The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. One of the biggest issues was the constant noise from external air conditioning units of a neighboring hotel - a loud humming sound that was clearly audible even inside the room, making it hard to relax.

Service was also underwhelming. No one even offered to help carry luggage, which is unacceptable considering the price is over $100 per night, especially for such a remote location.

There is no private beach, and even basic necessities like bicycles - which are essential for getting around the island - are not included and come at an extra cost.

The surrounding area is honestly quite depressing, with many abandoned hotels nearby, giving the whole place a neglected and unattractive atmosphere.

Overall, this hotel is overpriced and does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend staying here.

Le point fort de cet hôtel est sa vue et sa piscine rooftop mais le confort et la propreté du linge ne sont pas du tout

Les oreillers sentaient extrêmement mauvais (couleur jaunâtre une fois les taies enlevées).
Les piscines n’étaient pas propres.
Remontées (odeurs) très fortes dans la salle de bains

Fantastische ligging aan het strand!
Fijn dat je gebruik kan maken van de faciliteiten van het hotel ernaast -> zwembaden, strandbedjes.
Personeel is vriendelijk!

Cons:

Bed was erg hard.
Ik miste iets van kastruimte voor m’n kleding. Er was wel een kledingrek aanwezig.
Ontbijt was beschikbaar bij het restaurant bij het hotel ernaast, tegen betaling (wel een heel goed restaurant!).

Superbe, Beach club bien aménagé et très agréable
Pros:

Légèrement excentré du vacarme du centre ville, belle vue, beach club avec restaurant/bar, petite piscine sur le toit, location de vélo pas loin, le partage des piscines et espaces communs avec l'hotel juste à côté.

Cons:

Des travaux toute la journée avec beaucoup de bruit, de grosses pierres et parpaings dans l'eau sur la plage du Beach club, donc difficile de marcher ou de se baigner sans se faire mal. Il y a peu de fond donc en quelques jours, ils pourraient tout retirer et rendre la baignade beaucoup plus agréable. Déçue de ne pas avoir été prévenue en amont de ces travaux, qui empêchent de profiter de la chambre. Ces nuisances sont moins perceptibles sur la plage. De ce côté de Holbox, les plages sont petites et toutes séparées par des digues de béton, il n'est pas simple de rejoindre la ville par la plage. De l'autre côté de la ville, c'est différent, longues plages sans digue, beaucoup plus joli.

Tres déçue Prestations dignes d’un deux étoiles - rapport qualité prix catastrophique

Nous avons payé 170 euros la nuit environ pour un hôtel de niveau 2-3 étoiles max ce qui est très cher pour holbox. Les finitions peinture laissaient à désirer. La poignet de la porte d’entrée était défectueuse la baie vitrée ne fermait pas à clef. Il n’y avait pas de prise proche des lits. Uniquement 2 prises une près du lavabo et l’autre loin des lits. Le sol bétonné est mal fini. Aucune bouteille d’eau dispo ni dans les chambres ni même à accueil. Le petit déjeuner n est pas très bon et très simple. L’environnement de l’ hotel est désagréable: hotels en construction autour sols terreux sales bruit permanent devant notre chambre d’un groupe électrogène.
