Coucher de soleil au Rooftop
Pros:

La localisation, le personnel aimable (merci au serveur du rooftop qui fait de bonnes marguaritas), bonne literie, la vue du rooftop pour le couché du soleil, le ménage de la chambre, fontaine à eau à disposition.

Cons:

La chambre Deluxe que nous avons eu était sombre car nous étions au RDC, faible débit d’eau de l’évier, le wifi ne mâchait plus pendant une journée, il manque un porte serviette dans la chambre pour les faire sécher.

Decepcionante. Propaganda não condiz com o que entregam

Cons:

Propaganda enganosa. Reservei um quarto com vista para o mar, porém só era possível ver o mar com a porta do quarto aberta. Quarto sem janela. Nos alocaram então em outro hotel, também sem vista para o mar. Neste o chuveiro além de ter baixa pressão não tinha agua quente. Péssima experiência!

Falta un espejo de cuerpo completo.
La playa tenía mucho sargazo... Sabemos que es una cuestión ajena a ustedes... :)

Nous avons été déçu malgré un bel établissement
Pros:

Proche de la plage Punta coco et à 16m à pieds du centre. Le personnel de l’accueil était gentil. Le système de dépose de bagages après le Check out

Cons:

La chambre était petite. Le lit queen size est un 150x190. La paroi de douche était petite ce qui fait que toute l’eau partait en dehors. L’évier ne permettait pas de poser ses affaires. Le beach club était plein de sargasses, on s’attend à ce que le surplus soit retiré. Nous avons été déçu par rapport aux photos de l’hôtel qui ne reflètent pas du tout l’établissement. Ma conjointe a eu 4 petits déjeuner avec des choses manquantes, qui obligeait à réclamer.

La atención del personal se llevó todos los aplausos. O casi todos, jajajaja

Cons:

Un tratamiento mejor del problema de las algas pero, a decir verdad, no sé si eso es posible. Tampoco es tan grave. No dejaría de volver por eso y reelegir el Spirit

Pros:

L’emplacement est un peu éloigné, cela rend le séjour reposant. La chambre est très confortable. L’hôtel est propre avec un très joli rooftop

Cons:

Les prix des services de restauration un peu excessifs.

Estancia tranquila, ubicación ideal en playas tranquilas a 20 minutos a pie del centro
Pros:

El hotel tiene muchos espacios abiertos, como ser dos piscinas y espacio y reposeras en la playa. La habitación contaba con un balcón amplio y muy agradable. El hotel tiene además varias terrazas muy amenas, ideales para ir a tomar algo o simplemente pasar el tiempo.

Cons:

Realmente no tengo quejas al respecto.

Love the room
Pros:

Totally recomend Spirit Holbox. Our room was very spacious with a unique layout, clean (I loved the shamppoo and conditioner). The staff is really friendly. The food at the rooftop delicious specially the tacos de Birria. The breakfast was wonderful with fruit, granola, yogurt, bread, coffee and juice and eggs to request. The only con is that is a little far away from downtown - about 15 minutes walk but closer to punta cocos.

Great hotel - but lock up your items! They employ a THIEF!
Pros:

Location of hotel is away from downtown. There is a beach club right next to it called Fragata. The breakfast is really good, like really good. They had fresh juice everyday. The roof top pool had amazing view. I only went up twice. I twisted my ankle right before getting to the island. The staff was very helpful and called the doctor for me.

Cons:

That the housekeeper stolen a pair of shorts and earrings. I sent the hotel an email but never received a response.

Worth every penny and effort!
Pros:

The hotel is very boutique and gives a Greece meets Mexico vibe. The facilities were well maintained and the room very clean. The room was also super spacious for a family of 4 (they upgraded us to the partial oceanfront room with two queen beds). It was amazing! Each room having a balcony was also an added bonus. Rooftop pools are great for kids, including our 2year old. He could stand in all of them. It was very quiet when we visited (Tuesday) but was just exactly what we needed. Beach was fantastic and clean. Super soft sand. Fragata lunch experience was great with very good portions. Whole experience of the hotel and island were just simply 10/10+ would stay here again. We were only here for one night but definitely felt like we could do a weekend getaway here next time.

Cons:

Drinks are overpriced and not even strong. Mostly watered down. Internet was super slow, we didn’t get to do the work we intended on so just let go and relaxed.
