A mini staycation away from the chaos.
Pros:

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and I the workout room. The variety of breakfast was much to my liking.

Cons:

It'd be great if breakfast lasted until 10a. That extra 30 mins makes a difference.

It was cleanish

The facility appeared clean at first, and we thought we had chosen a great hotel. Unfortunately, that quickly changed once we saw the pool—it was extremely dirty. You couldn’t see the bottom at all, and there was a large clump of hair floating in it, which was so disgusting I had to get out immediately.
Back in our room, the sofa sleeper was stuck and difficult to pull out. When we tried to call the front desk for assistance, we realized the phone wasn’t even plugged in, so it was unusable. We eventually managed to get the couch open ourselves so our kids wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor.
On top of that, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the noise from neighboring rooms—both next door and above us—was constant. There was loud stomping from the time we checked in at 3 p.m. until about 1:30 a.m., making it nearly impossible to get any sleep.
For the price we paid, the experience was very disappointing and not worth it.

Pros:

The fridge was frozen up and made horrible loud noises all night but we couldn’t unplug it because it had 4 inch thick ice in the back, the WiFi didn’t work, nobody was ever at the front desk, when I pulled up outside the guy working seen us and took off to a closed door and made us wait 20 min in the lobby to check in, I have never seen a hotel pool so disgusting ever and I worked 20 yrs for a pool company, it was blue/green was full of toilet paper that stuck to my kids legs , bottle caps in the pool, all the lights in the pull were burned out so the pool was black and the front desk guy told us that the pool would be closed until 5 because they had to add salt to the pool and I asked him if it was a salt water pool and he said no so I asked him why salt and he said that’s what we do, the pool did not smell like chlorine at all
