The hotel was clean and well maintained
I booked a room with two beds and paid for a room with two beds. When I arrived I was told that I booked a room that was available so they put me on a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. I did not pay for that and for that I’m giving a bad review as I was not satisfied at all and did not sleep well.

The room and hallways had an odor. Checked in late because room was not ready. Housekeeping barely cleaned. Hair on the floor and appliances. Breakfast was pretty good though
Upon arrival I was told the room we purchased completely, (not on hold) had already been sold out. Luckily a couple beside us agreed was checking in (2 guest) to switch rooms as he said he didn’t need the extra room. The room is due for an upgrade. Counters had crumbs, bedding could have been cleaner, and the bathroom had multiple stains in toliet, and shower . Called over 4x (separate days) due to noise complaints (after 11) and ended up having to check out a day early. Reported this to multiple staff members and customer service with no follow up. If you can find another hotel please do!
Did I mention we were charged over $500 for 2 nights? Expected more for this price !

It was very clean.
The TV was old, color was bad. My husband is color blind and he couldn't really see.
Breakfast was very good, room was clean
Hotel room didn't have enough towels for 6 so had to ask for more twice. Pool was cloudy and ran out of towels both days but was still nice and clean.
I stayed at a lot of hotels past two months in same area. The space of the room was nice. Felt a bit bigger than usual hotel. Breakfast supply was maintained. Beds were decent. Not A comfy, but B.
Its an older hotel they are remodeling. Its a nice attempt but they hired sloppy contractors. If wallpaper seams buckling doesn’t bother you - great. Seems to be run by international “students”, some more friendly than others. For the price and room space I would stay again. Breakfast was the usual all hotels offer these days- powdered eggs, turkey sausage, processed muffins, waffles, yogurt, coffee and juices.
