Excellent hotel reasonably priced.
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The breakfast is fantastic and kept well stocked. The rooms are very large and really clean. The pool was very pleasant. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Cons:

הסוויטה המשפחתית שהזמנו , הייתה עם גרם של 20 מדרגות לקומה התחתונה. לא ידענו על כך מראש. לא כתוב בשום מקום שזה החדר לכן רצוי לבדוק אם יש מדרגות בחדר במיוחד לאנשים מבוגרים.
בנוסף היה ריח לא נעים חנוק כי יש שטיחים , אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean.
The beds were very comfortable.
The gym was well maintained and up to date.
Breakfast was great.
The pool was clean, and the area had many lounges and tables in areas with shade.

Cons:

The air conditioner was very noisy.
The landline was not working.
There were no towels available in the pool area, and the railing in the pool was loose and very unstable.

Wonderful stay would only recommend improving the cleaning.
Pros:

I liked that it was located in a nice safe area of town.

Cons:

My family enjoyed it very much. The only thing I would suggest is the cleaning be more detailed. There was hair on the sink and some dirty stains on the toilet rim which made me feel like it was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the lamps. I checked the sheets and they were clean.

Nice short stay
Pros:

Nice location staff was missing at times.

Very expensive room to not even have a glass for water
Pros:

Nice location Large room

Cons:

No amenities No coffee machine, ice bucket, glasses, or mini fridge Iron, but no ironing board Only two towels and beds When we asked to have our room serviced, we were told the rooms were only serviced if we stayed 5 days! There were bugs in the bathroom The room was pricey For this price, there should have been much more included

I didn’t like it. The price is too high for what they offer.

I liked the location.

Cons:

It didn’t have a coffee maker, a refrigerator, or a hair dryer. I also requested an extra towel since there were only three provided and we were four people, but I never received it.
