Locatie, eten en vooral de kamers en vriendelijk personeel.
Helaas spreekt niet iedereen goed Engels en een officieel factuur voor reclamatie is erg lastig. Ik wacht nog op een factuur.
Very clean and center of the city.
Breakfast was exceptional and the king rooms were beautiful.
We booked a Club Lounge room and were looking forward to the lounge access cocktail hour on the last night of our trip. However, there were no canapés, it was a limited-selection dinner, and there was also no bar. Very limited Soda/tonic/ice - we had to ask every time for another can, and staff were not particularly helpful. Very disappointing ‘VIP’ experience in complete contrast to the breakfast which exceeded all expectations.

Very good hotel, outskirts of the centre, great selection of food.
The air conditioner and refrigerator did not function well. The overall customer service was quite good. They took actions to try ti fix the issues timely although the results was negative.
