The staff was amazing and the hotel and location were great.
Pros:

We loved the location and the rooms were very up-to-date and clean. We also loved that they allow pets. Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion were provided and smelled really good. The staff was very nice and followed up with a text to make sure that we were happy with our room and that we didn’t need anything else.

Worse experience tonight Sunday 3/22/26
Pros:

We stopped there tonight roughly around 1:30 am, were greeted by a lady who clearly lacks professionalism. Us arriving was a burden to her. We explained we've been traveling with our kids. We saw a price online through Priceline. We were wondering if we could book it in the hotel we are exhausted. We just wanted to get our kids in a room and rest up and she explained to us that she would not honor that rate of the $135. Told us there was nothing she can do and said she had rooms but we would be responsible for the $300+ per night, my husband said we could just pay online and she said she wouldn't let us check in if we booked online until check in time which would be later that same night around 3pm. All we wanted to do was get our babies in a safe place to rest and off the road from other sleepy drivers.
