I was in town for Xavier's homecoming, so the proximity to the school and activities was ideal. Free parking and the free coffee/tea were a nice touch.

Excellent stay, great staff and the cleanest room I've seen in a very long time.
Pros:

I travel extensively with my job. I stay in many name brand hotels but this is the nicest, cleanest one in a long time. The staff was excellent and helped with everything we needed. The security guard watching the parking lot was very reassuring. The room was large and had everything we needed. We had an excellent stay and very much recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Although I know it's all personal preference, the bed was a little hard.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything was simple and nice. Plates, cereal bowls, cutlery were very nice. Quiet location. We enjoyed rooster's crowing in the neighborhood, too!

It was a lovely stay, the people of New Orleans are so nice! The room was cosy other than the shower.
Pros:

Proximity to Audubon clinic and all the shops/ restaurants on ferret and magazine street.

Cons:

The shower leaked all over the bathroom
