there is always an elevator broken - i stayed several times in this hotel and always there is something misfunction or repairing - and this time it was extremely expensive due to world cup

servicio de valet parkin solo hay una persona, cuando se juntan más de dos coches ya no se da abasto, la cafetera de la habitación no servía.

o quarto silencioso pedido foi entregue para outro hospede. Fico hospedado há varios anos neste hotel e sempre tem um elevador quebrado. Com a copa do mundo, as tarifas foram quase abusivas.

Principalmente no había una puerta de los baños para cerrar bien, de igual manera la regadera no había una puerta para evitar que saliera el agua a la taza del baño, también un punto malo que vi fue que al abrir la llave salió agua café como si no se hubiera usado mucho tiempo el cuarto o si tuviera problemas de tuberías, por último era muy difícil dormir con las camas que tenían y ni se diga del internet, venía y se iba.

La habitación no tenia caja de seguridad, el techo de la ducha estaba lleno de humedad, y ni siquiera tenian shower cap (cofia) incluso le pregunté a la gente de limpieza y recepción y no tenian. Una verguenza para ser Hilton

Pedí una ensalada César que en la carta estaba a 190 pesos el precio lo confirmo la chica que atendió el teléfono pues fue servicio a la habitación. Pero cuando llegaron querían cobrarme 210 de la ensalada más la propina que porque estaban cambiando precios y no lo acepté pague el costo que venía en la carta y la propina
