Ubicación, buena RCP

Buena ubicación muy cerca del Centro de Convenciones. Tamaño de la habitación regular pero limpia y todo funcionó bien.
No están separados el lavabo y el inodoro lo cual dificulta la distribución del tiempo si van 2 personas.

El secador no funcionaba , les indiqué que era alérgica al picante y aún así pusieron picante a mi comida poniendo en riesgo mi vida

El servicio de traslado que ofrecen el chofer envio mensajes solicitando apoyo economico via watsap, mismo que hicimos caso omiso

El personal es amable y busca resolver las necesidades.
No tiene calefacción y no decía en la descripción del hotel a la hora de reservar. Estando en Santa Fe y en esta época del año que baja considerablemente la temperatura en la noche, no tener calefacción es un problema. Además, es extremadamente ruidoso derivado de la proximidad a las avenidas. A pesar de que solicité una habitación silenciosa, me tuvieron que mover 3 veces hasta que me colocaron en un cuarto alejado de las avenidas. Cuesta trabajo descansar de esta forma.
La ubicación y que estaba frío pedí más cobijas y pronto la llevaron!
