Buen servicio pero condiciones del Hotel inadecuadas.

El personal es amable y busca resolver las necesidades.

Cons:

No tiene calefacción y no decía en la descripción del hotel a la hora de reservar. Estando en Santa Fe y en esta época del año que baja considerablemente la temperatura en la noche, no tener calefacción es un problema. Además, es extremadamente ruidoso derivado de la proximidad a las avenidas. A pesar de que solicité una habitación silenciosa, me tuvieron que mover 3 veces hasta que me colocaron en un cuarto alejado de las avenidas. Cuesta trabajo descansar de esta forma.

Pros:

The room and the gym

Cons:

No access to apps on the TV,Netflix YouTube etc..,and i lost the valet ticket for my car and the hotel charged me on equivalent of 8 dollars,knowing that they new my name and i was a guest and a Hilton Honors member

La cuota por hospedar mascotas es un robo
Pros:

Las camas. Edificio muy bien aislado del ruido. Localizado en una zona tranquila. Sin embargo, difícil de llegar a pie a otros lugares cercanos. Una vista muy linda a la ciudad de México.

Cons:

El costo por mascota de 50 USD más IVA, me pareció exorbitante. Considerando que la habitación puedes conseguirla en 85 USD.

El desayuno buffet esta más o menos. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Pros:

Los alimentos, la amabilidad de todos.

Cons:

Tuvimos que estar pidiendo toallas y agua dicional porque éramos 3 y siempre ponían para dos. (Rápidamente lo llevaban pero fue lo mismo todos los dias)
