Sehr schönes Hotel super gelegen
Pros:

Top Lage und absolut neueres Hotel. Cosy Zimmer sehr schön und ausreichend Platz. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit Nespresso Maschine. Zimmer erinnert an eine Kreuzfahrt Kabine im höheren Segment.

Cons:

Leider sind die Cosy Zimmer die kleinsten von allen Kategorien. Und leider nicht in bester Lage im Haus. Diese Zimmer sind seitlich zu einem Büro Gebäude gelegen… preislich aber top für so ein Interkontinental Hotel.

Clean and comfy in the CBD
Pros:

Comfy bed
Quiet with no noise from neighbours
Good location, walking distance to many shops, banks, Elizabeth quay etc
Friendly and helpful staff
Gym had a good amount of equipment

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked, it was a typical city centre, functional hotel. there was just nothing outstanding about it

Excellent service, friendly staff, tastefully decorated and rooms super quiet and comfortable
Pros:

It all started with the booking... I received a phone call to ask when I was checking in and was given information about parking. Never have I ever been contacted a hotel. The moment we walked into the hotel the entrance had a wow factor and the staff were all attentive and helpful. They let us leave our bags as we were early. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds... They are so comfortable the pillows were the best. The rooms were quiet and had everything we needed.

Cons:

We couldn't work out how to open the screen blind - it was quite cool having it open when we got in, but we couldn't work out how to open it in the morning - not a big issue but would have been nice.
