Overall, a solid hotel in a great location, with a few highlights but nothing truly exceptional.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location right in the Perth CBD, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options, and the staff provided friendly, efficient service throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is nice, although I wouldn't describe it as outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, but a little on the small side. One standout feature was the shower, which was excellent.

The highlight of the stay was dinner at Ascua Steak Restaurant. The food was fantastic and easily the best part of the overall experience.

Overall, it was a decent stay in a well-located hotel, and I would consider staying there again when visiting Perth.

Cons:

One disappointment was that The Loft Lounge & Bar was closed for a private function for the entire duration of our stay. We had been looking forward to enjoying a cocktail on the rooftop terrace overlooking the city, and it felt like we missed out on what could have been another highlight of the hotel.

It's also worth noting that the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which may be a consideration for some travellers.

Overall, it was a decent stay in a well-located hotel, but unfortunately there wasn't anything particularly memorable about the experience. While everything was perfectly fine, it didn't quite stand out compared to other hotels in this category.

Excellent staycation in the city.
Pros:

Central location was ideal for what we wanted a night out at the theatre which is right next door. Good bar downstairs for a pre show drink and nibbles bthem the rooftop bar on L-1 for a nightcap. Room was excellent, clean, comfy and well equipped.

Cons:

Tonic water in the G&T in the Lift bar was flat and out of date but once we highlighted the issue it was removed from the bill.

5 Star Hotel in Central Perth
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights during a business trip.

My 10th floor room had a lovely view over the city and was quite spacious.

It was immaculately clean, and a very welcome addition was a chaise to use instead of the bed or chair.

It had all the usual conveniences like a minibar and safe, but also an ironing board and iron.

I tried room service once, but the Caeser's salad was not the greatest. With so many good restaurants close to this very centrally located hotel, rather go out to dinner.

On arrival, we had to fetch the trolley to load our own luggage as there was no one to assist. Our bags were, however, delivered to our rooms.

The breakfast offered was good and the boardroom facilities were excellent.

Will definitely recommend this hotel based on the room, conference facilities and location.
