Staff awesome some guest should stay home forever
Pros:

The staff was awesome, location was easy for us on off the 229. Was traveling with elderly and near 3 hospitals as surprise. Breakfast was decent .

Cons:

No hot tub , yogurt cups were made for toddlers not any one above the age of 5 yrs old. Some of the guest have no concept that your guests not at playground, kids dragging their dirty diaper across the floor is disgusting at best then allowed to climb on furniture. Mom was to busy on tinder or tik tok to be bothered to mother her children. I was mad for the staff that had to clean it. Let's say some people either live in trashed homes or never heard of hygiene. Like seriously hotel has plenty of towels take a shower maybe 3 in some peoples cases. I discovered over the weekend.Fridge was chill not cold. Referencing my Samsung fridge at home, is on medium at home. I actually stuck dr peppers in the freezer to get them more than chill for like 4 hrs. Coffee pot was a one cup thing not k cups like those weird pouch filter things. In my opinion stay was pretty great to be honest minor couple inconveniences and honestly it was few people. Staff handled it in both cases before anyone said anything

Our stay was perfect!
Pros:

When there was a tornado warning, the staff were very prompt on warning us. They told us where we could go for safety reasons and were very hospitable towards all!!
