Pros:

I tried for a little over a week to change my stay by 1 day due to having to return home early. All they said was we can book another day but it will be a little more pricey but they would still charge me the day i would already be home

Cons:

I was charged as a no show on April 2nd. Even though my reservation, I'm booking cut.com. Clearly shows my reservation was changed to the third I still haven't heard that booking.com has fixed it. And even though I showed all of the proof the many emails and the actual reservation to the front, they did not care and did not honor it.So just beware
