Gute Lage, toller Frühstücksraum und Pool, beide mit super Aussicht
Sehr gute Kundenansprache/Service beim Frühstück

Cons:

Keine Aussicht und in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar in den Deluxe-Zimmern bei einem Preis von 400 EUR/Nacht.
Keine Bereitschaft, mich upzugraden, obwohl genug Zimmer frei waren. Habe daraufhin meinen Aufenthalt von 3 auf einen Tag reduziert.

Die Pool Area ist schön, aber leider die Liegen im Schatten. Am 16. Stock geht doch immer wieder der Wind und im Schatten ist es kühl. Für Pool-Liebhaber nicht optimal
Der Fitnessbereich ist ok, aber nicht mehr.
Sehr sauber, Wasser Handtücher alles wunderbar, aber ein Teil der Geräte ist etwas älter bzw. gehört serviciert und die Raumgröße ist überschaubar.
Das kennen wir von Hotels in dieser Kategorie anders.

A complete deception and disappointment

The first Astoria in the world that disappointed before the settlement. The staff cheats guests. In the room you will be waiting for dirty towels. You will be deceived by the pool bar with service collection and taxes that are not included in the price, and there was no information on the menu.
