Pretty good value, would come again, but would home that the cleaning would improve next time!
Pros:

Location was very convenient (close to Lake Burley Griffin and the city). Facilities were nice (gym and pool both up to standards).

Cons:

Cleaning of rooms was not very good. Toilet was not cleaned after use. Towels provided were also not clean.

Delightful Stay Beyond expectation
Pros:

All the lovely staff were so friendly and obliging throughout our comfortable stay and even extended our checkout to noon when we were worried about not being able to make it back in time from the hot air balloon spectacular (a must visit!).
We ended up able to make it for 10am checkout but the peace of mind was priceless during the early morning jaunt as it was our last chance to catch it for the trip.
Shall return to stay whenever we are back in Canberra.

Spacious and huge dining table with fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to neighborhood centre for food yet quiet environment.

Secured basement parking with shutter that is operated by the staff from 9pm to 6am. Easy assess to lift.

Cons:

Would appreciate a stopper on each rollers for the twin beds to stop them from moving.

The oven door was unable to close fully.

Great accommodation in Kingston
Pros:

Location was great for the stay we had planned.
Comfortable bed. Good wifi. TV, toiletries, complimentary chocolates and mini bar.
Outside area small but nice. Parking v. Good

Cons:

Room needs another chair. I don't like sitting on beds when not ready for bed.

Service not so good 2nd time round
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Customer service was not so good this time round. I got told I was in the same room as last time but it wasn't. In check in the guy spoke very fast for 20 seconds then started doing something else.
After the great review I gave on my first visit I chose this hotel again but was disappointed.

Es war sehr laut, der Pool ist 24 Stunden offen, was zur Folge hat, dass so mancher Gast dies nutzt um eine nächtliche Poolparty zu veranstalten. 🤨
