Pros:

We booked a standard room online from the photos they had listed these photos were NOT for the standard room which was like a damp smelly storage room which i wouldnt store my bag in. The shower was thick with dirt and the door was a health and safelty risk as it was hanging with one screw absolutely terrible. Receptionst was very rude, asking why we spoke english and said he was manager when i asked to speak to the manager he even started shouting at us i m the manager! He gave us another room which was slightly better but it was still dirty definately not 4star standard. This hotel needs to be evaluated on the star system. Facilities, breakfast was poor no standard butter or coffee. Would we stay again here? Definitely NO

Öncelikle herkese tavsiye ederim Almanya’dan arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine gittim ve daha önce keşfetmediğim için büyük bir kayıp olarak görüyorum bundan sonra favori olarak tatil yerim akyaka ve mervehan oteldir !! Harika bir hizmet ve güler yüzlü personellerine çok çok teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel ağırlandık .otel çok temiz ve konforlu tam merkezi yerde her yere yakın kesinlikle tercih ederken tereddüt bile etmeyin .cennetten bir köşe şimdiye kadar yaptığım en güzel tatildi . Merve han çalışanlarına tekrar tekrar kahvaltıları , temizliği harikaydı , hizmet ve ilgi alakaları muhteşemdi teşekkür ediyorum. Seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere şimdiden çok özledim . Özlem Almanya

Oda yetrli büyüklükte ama yataklar rahatsız ve kilima çalıştığında çok ses çıkartıyor. Kahvaltı ise vasattı. Alınan Oda ücretinin karşılığı bu olmamalıydı

Breakfast was very weak, i know the area and i have stayed in other hotels in the area. It feels like this hotel is a overvalued compared to the other options in the area.
