Pros:

お部屋はとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。
朝食も朝から暖かい豚汁とおにぎりをいただけて、プリンもあって美味しかったです。
スタッフの方もどの方も丁寧でとても感じ良く接して下さり、安心できました。
大阪に行く際にはまた利用したいです。
ありがとうございました。

2回目ですが、綺麗だしサービスよく、好きです。スキンケアアメニティが増えてて良かったです。駅からも便利。
部屋のエアコン温度が3段階しかなく、寒くなって消すのを繰り返しまして、少し不便。


シャワーの排水に、前の方のゴミ、長い紙くずがあり、流れなかったので最初ゴミにきづかずビックリしました。掃除でそれだけ、少し残念でした。
でも、また使いたいです。

フロントの方は親切。
朝食は美味しいです。
コインランドリーは3台ですが、全て使われていたので、ホテルから5分位のコインランドリーに行った。
窓を開けると、隣の建物の壁。
