Pros:

The hotel is a little old and the rooms are very small. But the location is very close to Shin Osaka station so very convenient when arriving from there. The bed was good. The breakfast downstairs is from a restaurant and it was a little expensive for what they offered. The carpet edges were a little dusty and the overall vibe of the building is that it hasn't been renovated in a while.

It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended.

一階がセブンで便利、カゴのまま部屋に持って行けるサービスが理に適っていて良かった。

でも次の日、ベッド自体かシーツかは不明だが下に面していた箇所に大量に湿疹ができて原因がダニだった。。。
色んなホテルに泊まっているが初体験でした。
スタッフさんは親切でしたが清掃に関しては疑わしいです。

デスクの上に、ベッドでの寝たばこは止める様お願いする案内プレートがありました。
同じ部屋を喫煙部屋と禁煙部屋とに使い分けしているような印象を受けました。
誤解されるので禁煙部屋は明確に、喫煙出来ない禁煙部屋であることを記載したほうが良いのではないでしょうか。

たまたまシングルと同じ料金でダブルが取れ、広いベッドで眠れたので満足しました。また、いつもホテルに泊まるとよく眠れないのですが、ベッドの硬さやまくらの硬さが丁度よくて、ぐっすり眠れました。ありがとうございました。
しかし、空気清浄機に水が入っていなかったのが残念でした。ちょっと分からないのですが、これは客が使う場合にのみ、自分で水を入れることになっているのかもしれませんが。
