Pros:

Suita a fost una foarte spațioasă cu 2 băi, lucru important pentru noi.Curatenia, micul dejun foarte bun, personalul de la recepție care ne-a fost de ajutor, apropierea de malull Mega Silk Way și de o stație de autobuz.

Cons:

În general în Astana, turismul nu e foarte promovat. Întrucât noi am dorit să descoperim frumusețea Kazakhstan -ului, ne-ar fi plăcut să existe în recepție și un reprezentant al unei agenții de turism.
