Pros:

Everything was perfect about this hotel. Great location, clean ,comfortable, spa, breakfast...
We had a rental car issue and the staff jump in and took care of everything, simply amazing.

何度も長野の旅を経験してますが、白馬には初めて宿泊しました。
お部屋は広くて機能的で、概ね快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫にはコーラと氷結のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。
洗面台が高いと口コミにありましたが、本当に高くて（私も子供も身長150センチ程）多少つま先立ちで使用しました。
お子さんが一緒だと抱え上げるのも大変そうなので、ステップがあるといいと思います。
洗面台前の可動式の全面鏡が、好きな場所を隠せたりする（入口や洗面）のは便利でした。
エレベーター近くにウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、アイスディスペンサーと自販機あり。
温泉エリアのドアは暗証番号の入力が必要で、セキュリティがしっかりしていると思いました。
一つだけ、温泉の利用時間がスタッフの居る10時までだったので、夕食後に慌ただしく入らなければいけなかったのが残念でした。
部屋はシャワーだけなので、12時頃までは利用できた方が折角の良いお風呂が楽しめると思いました。
と色々書きましたが、また白馬に泊まる時はリピートしたいホテルでした。
