Pros:

Very friendly staff and the room was excellent. My daughter was in from out of town and she could not believe the size and quantity of the room. She came with my grandchildren and was able to wash bottles, keep formula in the full size Frig. Just awesome

Cons:

Parking was tight but we stayed out all day so it was ok

Would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms. The pool was clean, and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety to choose from. Very comfortable beds and the room could easily accommodate a group.

Too expensive for this experience.
Pros:

The room was clean but full of pet hair .
The sausage was hard like a hockey puck, the oatmeal was like glue, the French toast tasted like plain bread.
I understand pet friendly hotel but pets shouldn't be around the breakfast area.

Extremely insensitive rude and unprofessional management. The bald-headed zest monster at the front desk especially
Pros:

Management was extremely extremely unprofessional and rude to my aunt and grandmother when asked to fix the door because the keys kept not working and we had rented three different rooms. Also one of the rooms the toilet was clogged and I asked them to come up with a plunger to clean it out and the guy took forever to get to me and when he did he just handed me the plunger instead of doing his job and offering the service that he should have done considering the toilet was plugged when we got here. The manager is some bald-headed black dude with his ears pierced and he's super super zesty. Juat a disrespectful unprofessional zest monster. Ghetto as can be. Disgusting work, would never go here again. I don't usually leave reviews but for the amount of money we spent I wanted to just document my experience with this place and see if you guys want to spend your money here or not.
