Stayed at Terra Nara for a few nights, and overall, it was a nice experience! The hotel looks modern and stylish, and the rooms are pretty spacious and clean. Big plus for being pet-friendly—I brought my dog along, and they even had a little pet bed ready, which was a nice touch.
The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of food spots. Definitely one of the best things about staying here! The staff was friendly and helpful too, though check-in took longer than expected.
A couple of downsides—since it’s a pet-friendly hotel, you might hear dogs barking in the morning, which can be annoying if you're a light sleeper. Also, the parking situation isn’t great; the lot is small, so I had to park in a separate area and take a shuttle back to the hotel, which was a bit of a hassle.
The pool was nice, breakfast was decent, but nothing too special. Overall, it’s a solid option if you're traveling with pets or just want a comfy stay near the beach. Would I stay here again? Yeah, but I’d probably ask for a quieter room next time!

Excellent staff. The receptionists were completely natural and friendly especially Hanna and Natttawan who made me feel welcomed from the start. I highly recommend this hotel. It is spacious with a wide range of choices on the menu.
It was a tidy and clean hotel, but not enough facilities in room like chairs or minibars.
Bar fridge stopped working. My food had to be disposed. 1 chair for 2 people. Not enough drinking bottles charged for water bottles

Good location with only 5 minutes walk to the main Pattaya beach and 15 minutes away from Night bazaar. Common rest rooms are good and lobby area is spacious. The breakfast have choices of both veg and non veg. By looking at the common rest rooms and the lobby, one can have impression that the rooms are even better but it is not so. The rooms looks older and needs renovation. It is a good hotel with good location and we enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

Went as a couple.. breakfast was good to correct someone else’s review.. cleaning also very good as usual.. but front desk didn’t do anything special as usual.. weird entryway and terrible room situation… no tv and rigid old projector that can’t really be used because it loads up old apps in random languages and requires total darkness… and old terrible rigid bed frames… views from window to avoid - directly of some random retirement home.. no real lobby or other things besides a pool — near the beach

The hotel exceeded my expectations.
It was a very nice stay. It’s walking distance from lots of places. The rooms are sparse and modern, but comfortable. It’s a great value, and I would stay here again.
